David Lee Roth was a great frontman and performer. I bet you'd love his music video to "Just a Gigolo". Also Eddie Van Halen, the guitarist of the band passed away recently. He's considered a virtuoso and one of the most influential guitarists. His Eruption Solo is iconic and he also played the solo in Michael Jackson's "Beat it". Van Halen was a real fun band.

80’s concerts were high energy. You could barely stand as you left. We danced and sang for the entire show. No cell phones back so nothing better to do than enjoy the music and the crowd.
Eddie's smile is part of what made him so great. Instead of trying to look hard like so many musical artists tend to do, Eddie always had that big warm smile of his and it was wasn't just for show nor was it for the cameras. It was just part his natural demeanor to smile and it always made him stand out.

I love your reactions. And it’s so cool you’re open to listening to rock!!!
As a child and singer of the day,, listen to "Mean Streets " ,,this was a very pop song..They were a much heavier band when they started.. Guitar and drums are brothers,, classical training .80s were the best music era
I watched this video again and yup JayShara never took her eyes off of her screen for a second after she got a look at David Lee Roth, even when she talked her eyes were locked in. I've never seen anyone else do a reaction video and not look away just for an instant. He does have charisma and that handsome Viking look LOL
DLR was awesome with Van Halen back in the day. I was fortunate enough to see them in concert together in the early 80s. The 80s was a fun time to grow up in.
I was in my 20's in the 1980's! What an amazing time to be alive!
