I've a question, regardless of pandemic and the summer season how is the traffic in a common day? I mean, is it possible to drive around without worring about intensive traffic or having trouble to find a parking spot on streets?
Regarding the situation at the moment: from 1st of February the public transport is operating in Batumi; shopping malls are openning step by step; international flights are restored; restaurants and cafes with open terraces are opened, as well. There is no traffic jams, we will see what's going to be in the summer. Hope, soon everything recovers and we will have an amazing summertime in Batumi city.

I am actively looking for potential retirement possibilities for myself. If I understand correctly, in order to be approved for a one year residence visa in Georgia an individual could purchase real estate at a minimum of $100,000. Is this correct? Do you have a website that you can share with me that lists residential properties in Batumi? Other than that, this video that you produced gave a general indication of costs in Batumi. I hope this country becomes member of the European Union ( and even of NATO), as soon as possible....It would be unfortunate if Russia trashes this lovely country as they are doing in Ukraine. It won't be a surprise for me if it already is in Putin plans, as Russian has robbed 25% of the Georgian territory and Stalin, their Champion was born in Georgia, and even there's a Stalin memorial museum in the country!
