This song is played on Vivid Bharti frequently. My mom plays radio while cooking & I've been loving songs like these... since we are in lockdown... Radio plays very beautiful songs, like this, Kahin Na Jaa, Ek Duje Ke Liye, Mere pyaar Ki Umar etc... I couldn't imagine what a beautiful time it must have been!
Such a simple composition by RD Burman and because of the simplicity in this song one can feel the true and deep rooted love. This is the true artistry of these great music composers. It is very difficult to maintain the simplicity in a composition.
RD Burman didn't even create this music. This composition is copied from Leo Sayer's "When I Need You". lol!! XD
@@alapanchatterjee1 Many great compositions are copied from western compositions. For eg. Kaun Hai jo sapno mein aaya. Shankar Jaikishan was inspired by Elvis Presley's "Magarita" for this song. Another one is Jab Koi Baat Bigar Jaaye. It was also inspired by the song "100 miles". Then what should we say about these great composers. Are they copycats? But one great difference between these great composers and today's composers is, today's composers also listen to the world music for reference. But fail to create a single masterpiece which listeners will listen forever. And that make previous composers eternal.
