Good tips. I'd like to add one. A peice of velcro over the contact mount and under the lid so you don't have to mess with screws whenever you need to get in and out the box. Velcro will be strong enough to keep the lid shut but easy enough to open with a couple fingers. I'll be adding that xt90 trick to my boxes for sure. Awesome video bro 🏎💨💯👊👊💪💪👍👍
@@TheHammer i will order a 4s then. And just for the fast reply i will order a d819rs as well. Always wanted a hb buggy and now it's the time 👍 have a good day
you need to make sure the temp sensor inside the head warmer looks like a match head it needs to be visible and in a spot where it will touch the head or they will overheat and burn Danny you probably know that but to any one who does not and they should not be left on for a long time couple min.
if my pit guy needs to know which way is forward he would not be my pit guy but I totally understand another great video THANKS

Awesome tip Hammer keep em coming!!!!!!!!!!!
How tight should the belts be? when adjusting the belt tension.
Not super tight. Just maybe 1/4 deflection. It's not under a tremendous load.
Okay now I know the crankshaft spins counterclockwise but when looking at the motor from the front or the back is it ccw?
If you're looking at it from the carb side, it spins counterclockwise.
@@TheHammer okay thank you so much Danny I've been out of the hobby for 18 years so I want to make sure that I spin the motor the right way.👍
No problem!
How is the 4s lipo for the box? I've been suggested a 3s instead of the 4s due to the twin motor. Just want your opinion on it cheers!
I've always used a 4s and it works great.
