- I give you several easy options to fix a black screen of death on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus. Make sure to try each way at least a few times. Most of you will have your Note 10 back up and running. Hope this helps.

Absolute hero! the pressing of the screen and back glass worked for me. i had it plugged in at the time and as soon as the connection was remade the charging indicator jumped onto my screen. Thanks you legend.
Pressing and tapping the front / back + restarting it via the Vol down and Power button fixed this issue with my Galaxy note 10+ - you just saved me $200 for a new phone!
my dude. its been 3 years since you posted this and my samsung note 10+ is 5 years old. never had a problem til this morning with black screen. it was vibrating while pressing volume down and power button. so i did some massage and tap all over the screen and the back. it opened now! thank you for this. will not replace my phone til its totally not functional anymore. more power! subbed

Im told mine is a motherboard issue but it was a technician error after failure to charge battery too cold repair

Well I tried both methods for my Samsung Galaxy note 10 except connecting to the charger. I was hoping that it would have run dead so I could probably recharge it and get it to work that way but it's still on and making vibrations when I hit the power/volume button. So what else can I do? Please let me know cause I'd hate to get rid of this phone!
I'm so glad I found your video. The force reset helped me get my phone unlocked. I couldn't get my unlock screen to come up when I swiped right. I'd swipe right, and nothing came up, it would get stuck on a blurred screen. I appreciate the information. I'm a subscriber now. Thanks again! ❤🙏

Hi I tried the last tip and it got my samsung logo to appear, but the phone doesnt turn on. It keeps showing the logo then going black again, then the logo reappears. Any additional tips would be welcomed. Thanks

All of this happened after I got a spam call from Montana so I assumed that after the screen went black that my phone may have been hacked but I'm not sure. It's just a black screen.

In that case your LCD are totally broken, need to change to new 1
@norreanelucypadmencie5113 I reckon a screen is cheaper than buying a whole new phone, then you must restore your data, which will take a while. So my method is buy a new screen it will save you more money and time than buying a whole new phone it's just pointless buying a new phone as long as it isn't physically damaged like a cracked screen for example
do the tapping thing alot while reseting and charging and keep pushing rlly hard my phone fixed :)

@@khairulamin5653 I had to take it in to Samsung and they replaced the screen or something like that, but they fixed it. I'm not sure what kind of case you have, but I think the cases that have anything magnetic in them may be what are causing this.

Hi! Already tried the 1st two methods but my screen remains black. It alarms and vibrates when powered off and on but the screen is in total black. Please help me.
I have a Note 10+ that developed Black Screen of Death the morning *after* a battery replacement (after using it without incident for several hours the previous evening, after replacing and fully charging the battery). I can connect to the phone and mirror its screen to my PC using ADB TCPIP mode and a tool called scrcpy, so I can SEE that the phone is alive and operating, but not only is the screen black, it is completely catatonic, not accepting any touch input AT ALL.

To anyone having those problems, keep insisting on the hard reset method. Mine got back after a whole 10-20 tries. Although it got black again 2 times, but i managed to revive it this way, doing this 10-15 times per revive.

Thanks although I have it rigged to my PC it wouldn't even let me do anything from there. Great fix! the holding down the buttons worked second time me. Wow You realize how much your phone has on it when it doesn't work. Back up time I think. Thank you :-)

You just saved my ass dude. My Note 10 plus is cpo from Samsung and still under warrenty. It's been randomly freezing before this, an got hot one time. Now froze. Should I return it, or is this common? I'm still under warrenty. Love and Respect!

i was working and i set my phone down, did not turn on, I went to the offical site, they told me to hard reset as well, and charge my phone, now when i try to turn it on and swipe to turn on the flashlight, nothing happens, but when i disconect the charger, it vibrates

to anyone who needs this. if your phone fell and it won't turn on just press an hold the volume down button and power button at the same time than hit the back of your phone with your hand(while pressing the buttons). it worked for me:)

my phone had green lines then went black. Back glass was pretty rough and I just took it off. I disconnected the right hand cable and reconnected it. Nothing. A while back I had plugged it in and the screen came on for a minute. So I am thinking a loose connection. I have not gotten water in it or anything. Help?

Yes. You can recover all data using Samsung Dex. It is the way how I recovered my data.

I've been trying this method for two days now and it still won't turn on. It makes notification sounds a short while after doing it and makes a vibrate sound while doing this method. What are the other ways you have to fix the black screen? Be muchly appreciated, otherwise I'll be going back to shop tomorrow 😐
