Thank you so much for the guidance mam! 😊😊23 Oct born, the restlessness you talked was really true, my name was called "chanchal" in my childhood, at some point I hated hearing it or taking the quick decision, I hated being myself and regret everytime, then I decided to change the scenario and using this as my strength.
We are good at decision making since we don't like dilemma, it tires the mind. So, I decide writing all the pros and cons not just in a second. And sometimes you only know the thing after you decide.
I always avoid overthinking negative, but if there is anything bothering me, I solve by thinking exactly what went wrong and what's wrong am I doing, either journal writing or self talk.
I am preparing for competitive exams, putting hardwork and patiently waiting for my turn!
I don't stick or keep thinking about something out of my control. I always try to pause, if it lingers around more than few minutes or hours. Then sort out and let go.
Meditation, Guidance, Journaling, Health and Soul Consciousness, these are the things that changes everything for me. I hope whoever reads this, get atleast one point helpful, and never hate yourself for who you are.
