Fun Fact: Okumura’s boss fight is most likely (and probably is) the only instance it’s better to be on Merciless than any other difficulty. Landing technicals deal more damage on Merciless than in any other difficulty, which is VERY USEFUL IN THIS SEGMENT I CAN’T STRESS ENOUGH.
A summary of the game thus far: beat up your gym teacher > beat up an overrated artist > beat up an actual mafia boss > beat up your neighbor's depression > beat up the CEO of McDonald's. The progression of P5 is truly something else.
Everyone hates this palace, i think its a bit unfair based on not liking the start of the arc and the boss fight, i really like the actual palace itself Also goated for giving us haru
I played merciless difficulty with AI party members and somehow managed to beat it. It was a pain but it was worth it. 180 hours worth of gameplay. If i had to say something, Okumura was the most difficult
You're not gonna romance Kasumi? Aww. BTW, Chie was also the first girl I romanced in _4,_ but nowadays, I jumped onto the Naoto bandwagon. I didn't know!
@@eunibuni It's just that Kasumi is really sweet and cute, though the same could be said for the other girls, including Haru. I said "aww" in disappointment, if you didn't get it. It always kind of saddens me when someone doesn't romance her.

And here you see WHY people just don’t like the Okumura arc of this game. I know they fixed the palace in Royal, but the original? HOO BOY it was the stuff of legend, and not in a good way. Also HOLY SHIIIIIIIIII- TAKI MUSHROOMS! Okumura has suffered a case of the DEADs. Cause of death? A bullet to the crome dome. Looks like our Black Masked perpetrator has struck once again, and right under our noses too!
I can't lie to you, i'd rather fight 3 off the last bosses at once with no Somas than do the Okumura palace, it's like the one palace i will speed run every single time without hesitation and grind mementos instead.
@@itztehendd idk if you experienced Okumura’s palace in the original P5, but it was so much worse to play; probably borderline unplayable (except the boss fight was much easier). I’m glad people that got into P5 played the Royal version and never have to experience Okumura’s palace in the original.
@@eunibuni It’t took me 2days to defeat Okumura. The 5-rows robots is really irritable because 4 of them will respawn if you dont defeat all in 2 turns. And its not work very well with my strategy in beginning. Glad to see you overcome this boss without any issue 🎉 🎉
@@natudayross4704 Oh i did the original, i put about 400 hours into P5 before P5R dropped. It made me genuinely reconsider getting the plat trophy in the base game.
Just want to quickly scream: I LOVE HARU AHHHHHHHHH HOW IS THE FLOOF SO CUTE AHHHH But that aside: This palace is a doozy. Back in the original P5, the barracks area was way bigger and complex from what I remember so it felt even longer. The enemies that reflect physical would be annoying especially if they caught you slippin and made you rage. Keep up the good work nonetheless Euni 🫡

So I’ve heard. P5’s version of Okumura seemed like even more of a pain in the ass which is insane given that people still didnt like P5R’s loool.

I'm very glad I had no issues. My friend told me how AWFUL the fight is if I wasnt as leveled as I was. I would've cried.

Bruh it took me like 2hrs to beat this boss. Okumura beat my ass. I struggled more with this guy than the final boss😅🤦🏽♂️
