The members always refer to Jimin and Jungkook like they are a unit of some sort. Even to discard thoughts of a romantic relationship for a second that still speaks volumes. They are EXTREMELY close to one another and all of the other members know this. I think Jikookers and even ARMY in general have actually normalized how is Jikook is behaving and how the other memebrs treat them. It's really really really special and genuinely something to take note of regardless of shipping. Also remember when Jimin said how he encouraged Jungkook to (not in these exact words but) go and make some friends of his own and get out a but. Jimin had developed his own circle of friends and would meet up and go out. He discussed how this really was a great method of relieving stress for him. But Jungkook is an introvert and we saw how reluctant he was even to look around Malta let alone go party. He used to even say before how he had no friends so I wonder if the need to be close to Jimin first developed as a dependency and Jimin clealy noticing this supported his branching out to other friend groups or he really just loves being near him. There was a video I saw and it showed how strong of a calming effect Jimin has on Jungkook. There are mulitple videos of Jungkook looking or being aggitated and the literal second Jimin got there he would either stop fidgetting or just visibly relax. As a person with anxiety myself i wonder if Jungkook also suffer from it, and Jimin literally is his comfort zone. There are just so many aspects to their relationship and especially in Jungkook's desire/need to be near Jimin at all times. Jimin even joking about the satellite joke Jikookers made is proof enough that they even noticed it between themselves so were not making this up like. I think there is a multi-layred reason for Jungkook loving to be near Jimin, familiarity, comforting presence, and so on but realistically and most of all that boy just adores the ground Jimin walks on. I have related to the anxiety aspect of JK also. He literally cannot be still during interviews etc. He constantly fidgets and seems to can't wait to get out of there. I think because of Jimin's naturally caring and intimate personality, Jungkook has become dependant on him as a security blanket. Jimin is outgoing and spontaneous. JK is opposite, unless he has someone else he feels comfortable with by his side. Someone like Yoongi, who is also an introvert, he and Jungkook don't really mesh well bc they are both quiet. Jimin can carry a conversation with anyone, and I think that's why he's a favorite among the members. Jungkook is the maknae, so they always want to take care of him. I think they encourage him to be more outgoing. But Jimin just let's him be him. (I'm not lessening any of the other members friendships towards each other. But they ARE all different. And I love how they care for one another.) Also, I do feel like V might sometimes feel like the third wheel. He honestly looked kind of hurt in this clip 2:24 . He and Jimin have been friends since they were at the same high school together. They are close, but it's not noticed as much bc JK likes to steal Jimin. Which I think is adorable. Ok. I’ve been wanting to say this for awhile. I personally think that Jimin and Jungkook have an extremely close bond……they adore each other. I truly believe that when they formed BTS….it was very clear that Jungkook was young and shy….lacking in stage presence. Jimin, on the other hand, oozed charm and had fantastic stage presence……so they put Jungkook with Jimin so that he could learn how to be more comfortable in front of cameras and fans. JK was soooo young and Jimin was and still is his mentor and touchstone……and over the years this “unit” has evolved into one of if not the closet relationship between the members. I honestly don’t think they are romantically involved but I think their closeness is so comfortable it may come off as that. Tae and Jimin on the other hand really are soulmates / best friends. These are 2 very different relationships as I think it is very difficult for Jimin and Jungkook to be separate from each other while Tae and Jimin can go for some time not seeing and talking…..and then when they do….pick up like there was no distance……THAT is a soulmate thing. All 3 of these men have such a unique and loving relationship with each other and I just love watching their interactions as most men aren’t willing to put their emotions and friendships out there like these young men do. It’s refreshing and delightful to see!

Jimin had developed his own circle of friends and would meet up and go out. He discussed how this really was a great method of relieving stress for him. But Jungkook is an introvert and we saw how reluctant he was even to look around Malta let alone go party. He used to even say before how he had no friends so I wonder if the need to be close to Jimin first developed as a dependency and Jimin clealy noticing this supported his branching out to other friend groups or he really just loves being near him. There was a video I saw and it showed how strong of a calming effect Jimin has on Jungkook. There are mulitple videos of Jungkook looking or being aggitated and the literal second Jimin got there he would either stop fidgetting or just visibly relax. As a person with anxiety myself i wonder if Jungkook also suffer from it, and Jimin literally is his comfort zone.
There are just so many aspects to their relationship and especially in Jungkook's desire/need to be near Jimin at all times. Jimin even joking about the satellite joke Jikookers made is proof enough that they even noticed it between themselves so were not making this up like. I think there is a multi-layred reason for Jungkook loving to be near Jimin, familiarity, comforting presence, and so on but realistically and most of all that boy just adores the ground Jimin walks on. He really just does.

I think because of Jimin's naturally caring and intimate personality, Jungkook has become dependant on him as a security blanket. Jimin is outgoing and spontaneous. JK is opposite, unless he has someone else he feels comfortable with by his side. Someone like Yoongi, who is also an introvert, he and Jungkook don't really mesh well bc they are both quiet. Jimin can carry a conversation with anyone, and I think that's why he's a favorite among the members. Jungkook is the maknae, so they always want to take care of him. I think they encourage him to be more outgoing. But Jimin just let's him be him. (I'm not lessening any of the other members friendships towards each other. But they ARE all different. And I love how they care for one another.) Also, I do feel like V might sometimes feel like the third wheel. He honestly looked kind of hurt in this clip 2:24 . He and Jimin have been friends since they were at the same high school together. They are close, but it's not noticed as much bc JK likes to steal Jimin. Which I think is adorable. Ok. I’ve been wanting to say this for awhile. I personally think that Jimin and Jungkook have an extremely close bond……they adore each other. I truly believe that when they formed BTS….it was very clear that Jungkook was young and shy….lacking in stage presence. Jimin, on the other hand, oozed charm and had fantastic stage presence……so they put Jungkook with Jimin so that he could learn how to be more comfortable in front of cameras and fans. JK was soooo young and Jimin was and still is his mentor and touchstone……and over the years this “unit” has evolved into one of if not the closet relationship between the members. I honestly don’t think they are romantically involved but I think their closeness is so comfortable it may come off as that. Tae and Jimin on the other hand really are soulmates / best friends. These are 2 very different relationships as I think it is very difficult for Jimin and Jungkook to be separate from each other while Tae and Jimin can go for some time not seeing and talking…..and then when they do….pick up like there was no distance……THAT is a soulmate thing. All 3 of these men have such a unique and loving relationship with each other and I just love watching their interactions as most men aren’t willing to put their emotions and friendships out there like these young men do. It’s refreshing and delightful to see!
