Incisive fossa
Genial tubercle/ Mental spine
Mylohyoid line
Submandibular fossa below mylohyoid line- Submandibular gland
Sublingual fossa above mylohyoid line- Sublingual gland
Upper border- Alveolar border
Lower border- base of mandible
Digastric fossa at base

Mandible is 2nd bone in body to ossify [1st being clavicle]
Ossify in cartilage- upper half of mandible above level of mandibular foramen, incisive fossa, coronoid and condylar process

140 degree (adult - 120)
Coronoid process higher
