Every good game I ever played had 1) Basic/Quick rules to learn the first game. 2) Proper Advanced rules to be a truly satisfying experience. 3) Tons of optional rules so you can play the way you want to play and especially with the complexity you want to play.

I hope we will get expansions for Barbarians, Gnolls, Demons and possibly a Cult, since these models are available for Frostgrave and might be injected into Oathmark. Even the Crew from Ghost Archipelago can be used. Just a thought.

Oathmark seems like it was written as a love letter to Charles S Grants Scenarios for Wargames.

I'm kind of surprised there isn't a mention of the halflings list as well, that file needs an update with a chariot option
Chariots = overrated. All the great conquerors NEVER used them.
Oathmark is awesome, I've just read the core book. Q: In what degree is it inspired by Chainmail, and would it be feasible to play OD&D as an RPG with Oathmark rules, instead of Chainmail rules? :)
