So inspired. I'm half Burmese and I've grown up watching her fighting for democracy. It fills me with joy to know they've come this far, and that it happened in my 85 year old mama's (grand mothers) life time.

My respect to the most fierceless and persistant 'freedom fighter' in the present century. I am glad her loss and pain did not go in vain.

It's finally great to see a woman of this calibre able to have the right of speech that she's been deserving ever since she was fighting for the rights of Myanmar. May she find happiness with her loved ones and get to live her life without these unnecessary obstacles called "military junta". Sending her prayers for her safety and peace.

SHE IS DEFINITELY AN INSPIRATION TO US ALL! For me she's a real feminist figure in my eyes, not just that but she represents the sole purpose of Freedom! ♥

it is a wonderful feeling and knowing that a step closer to going back home and be reunited with old friends, relatives. also, i would be able to smile again with the people i have known in my whole life whom i had to abandoned because of those money hungry bastards military men. when their daughter die, she will take all diamonds from the wedding gifts with her to her grave.

Notice how she speaks in English first. She is not there to develop Myanmar but the interests of the west. Long may she be kept out of the presidency.
