I might have to try out basher builds I fought reaping salts last night don't get me wrong his cryo didn't do any damage but neither could I with my bffr or qffr
I fought him tonight with a qffr and I would say it was pretty equal. He had three cr resist pieces while I had none and I somehow kept getting one shotted by his boy who I wasn’t even in pvp with.
@@fire_shoot2717 miniguns are odd. shredder barrel out of pa is better. if its explosive or shoots bullets pa is better but if it has vats rolls its better out of pa
@@zeaqeynot true, even with the shredder the minigin still counts as heavy weapon, so even though Is not affected by heavygunner perks It Will still be affected by stabilized and One gun army for that juicy extra armor penetration
@@Degaus94 out of pa does do more damage bc of how shredders work. yes stabilized works on it but its mainly strength based. out of pa provides higher strength therefore increasing your damage output. and an aabash minigun will penetrate enough armor to where stabilized just gives diminishing returns. the best case scenario would be to get 65 strength in pa but sadly that isnt entirely possible. so in conclusion. yes stabilized works but in the long run your better off playing outside of pa for the strength boost

Why are you playing no pa you do more damage with no pa?
pa is only good for heavy weapons, if your using melee/commando/pistols or anything OTHER than heavy than out of pa is the way to go
