This video inspired me to change all my bulbs for a full conversion from autobeam. The difference and quality is amazing. The indicators are just ridiculous
Lol, you have some spare time and wanted to save money.. fair play! Got the autobeam.. they are perfect! When the mist of the rain is flicking up, I am sure the people behind can see me.. with the lights so high up!
Save yourself the hassle and get the autobeam performance LED bulbs 👌. They are sooo bright and have a 5 year warranty. I've probably saved over £100 now because they were able to send out replacement bulbs to me so it is worth it in the long run 👍. Will say that diode looks good. I noticed with my car the instrument cluster lights and sidelight symbol on the dash flicker initially when I put the lights on. Happened when I fitted the performance brake lights in. A diode might help fix that. Think you've been watching too much paranormal programmes, made you paranoid 😂. Found it funny you adding the COD hit marker sounds 😊.
@@R23OWL they also sell on ebay which is free delivery and includes warranty. It's a little more money listed on there but might work out cheaper if you compare the added tax and delivery on their website 👍
Love the video mate as per! However I would just say you could save the hassle and buy Autobeam LEDs. Run them in my MK6, they don’t flash like strobes as they draw enough current, whether that’s due to the number of diodes or whether they have a resister system built in, they work!! Build quality is fantastic, they’ll last a lot longer than cheapo eBay bois too. Plus they’re a lot brighter than any I’ve ever used, which is perfect if you have tinted tail lamps!
R23 OWL yeah man I get that I used to by eBay bois as well but they just kept breaking! I’ve spent less on one set of Autobeams than constantly buying new eBay ones!
Sorry, I've been away from TH-cam for ages 😅 what are you waiting for? I'll see if I can help! Haha Unless you mean like me coming back? Because that IS on the cards soon 😁
@@R23OWL Cheers for the offer buddy, nothing in particular. Just enjoy your vids :) Glad to hear your coming back soon (we'll all hold ya to that haha)
@ R23 OWL, Thanks for the vid mate, just fitted my resistors and they work fine, just need to solder on the diodes for the break lights. Just 1 question though, can I shorten the wire that is already attached to the diode? or does it need to stay the length it arrived as??
Yeah man I will be coming back soon within the next few months, I still have the ST but not for much longer, when I come back it'll be with my new car!
@@R23OWL oh awesome, I must of hand a psychic thought haha. Would of said one day we could of collaborated with the STs. Guess still could one day, spending on what the new car is 😋 only kidding, I would be up for that though if you were ever interested. Andy
Never had this problem with mine pal I found out mine was reverse polarity so had to get bulbs with opposite wiring inside then thay worked fine Duno if anyone else had this problem
Far too expensive for new drivers, especially if you're young. Not worth it at all. Unless you're absolutely minted and a few thousand for insurance alone is nothing to you, don't bother.
Only found your channel today as I’ve just bought a fiesta for my first car and need you to come back with some new mods mate😂

Do you have the link for the LEDs you got?
Heya man, seeing if your still gogint to be Youtubing? did you sell the ST?

No squatting spiders...
Not this time lol
Lost me when you said tight!!!!😢. Whoooosh
you should start making performance mods too👍
That's on my list next year as well as wheels and diffuser, re spraying body etc. But loving my interior now 👌
Can see it all on my channel

Where did you get your bulbs from? Might of had in built resistors.
Some bulbs seem to be okay mate others don't, this is for people who ended up getting bulbs that don't like me lmao
Is the mk6 st a good first car or is it a bit expensive
