- This neighbourhood in Amsterdam is called Oud Zuid, which is the richest area of Amsterdam. I walk through this neighbourhood and you will loads of impressive houses, or they actually look more like castles. Besides the houses, these streets are filled with high-end expensive luxury cars.
This area, Oud Zuid Amsterdam, actually is located right next to the Vondelpark in Amsterdam. I have passed through this area, but actually filming in Oud Zuid Amsterdam made me appreciate the architecture and the prestige of these houses. It is just a very beautiful area, and also super quiet. Oud Zuid is like an oasis in a big city like Amsterdam.

When I upload my videos in 1080p it started always in 360p, but I make the video privat, until TH-cam had made it 1080p. Only than I publish the video. Sometimes it take one hour, but I don't want to have my videos public in 360p.
I love this Dutch architecture, in proportion, solid, elegant but not ostentatious. I wish we had this kind of architecture in the UK
What the fuck are you talking about? We have loads architecture similar to this in the UK! Especially in the south of England . You must live up north
What an astonishingly beautiful neighborhood. The peace, the architecture, the trees, the ponds and even the not so perfect details, makes it perfect. It doesn't look plastic, it looks like a livable space where people walk everyday, and exudes quality living.
I'm curious to know at what time it was recorded. It seems like everything is closing and it's extra quiet, which I love.

Wat een rust in vergelijking met het drukke centrum. Prachtige residentele woningen. Je ziet dat er geld zit.
Netherlands has the best infraestructure. The peace that this neighborhood has, you don't see anywhere else. Everything just work so well in the Netherlands beacuse they always make huge projections for the architectute and also for other stuffs around it. This is place which, gives you passion by just be in there. It is an absolute silence because, cars are generaly less often moving there. The whole neighborhood is just for residence and nothing else. Making it just a place for someone who want to go in a house for example and not beacuse the place the driver wants to go, is a destination where a neighborhood like this is in middle of the path. Making it less appearable for cars. And also beacuse, dutch people or any persom who is from somewhere else, do not use a damn car to do anything he want. Also there is the architectute of this place who is absolutely stunning and you only see buildings like in the Netherlands. And last, the huge amount of trees. Trees make even ugly places look good because trees is like something more diverse and it's not for specific places that a needs to be to match with it. Trees make every place look even good and whatever how it looks like. In addiction for being beautiful for the whole place around it, it makes the temperature of place you are, more temperated. Which how my family often call it, "fresh". It makes also shadows who avoid sun lighs and also, reduce the temperature of the asphalt. And last, trees are good for the enviroment beacuse the sheets purify the dirty air into clean. And the best of all, it attracts birds. And that makes the place around, be infested with a lot of sings made by the birds. Some day, i am going to visit and even, live in the Netherlands. This place is unique and also it is walkable for every person who wants to go out and have some fun. Of course dutch people are happy with no reason. Just the place they live, brings them the good feeling of living in the place where everything just works. Everything in the Netherlands works and work perfectly. I will visit this stunning country some day, i have a huge passion with Netherlands 🇧🇷♥️🇳🇱

The hospital where my son was born. He is 59 today is his birthday. I was born in the van Breestraat and lived there 40 years until I moved to California. Wish I could come back ! The Cornelis Schuit straat looks so cosy. That’s where I did all my shopping. No big overwhelming supermarkets ! Thank you for this beautiful video ! 🙏💕🌷

My neighbourhood and daily walk, although I am not very rich and still live in one of the last "social housing" rental apartments. Most of these small apartments (60-70 square meters), originally meant for the lower classes, are sold now for half a milion or more to yuppies and expats. Anyway, beautiful pictures and I still feel priviliged to live here!

Very nice control of the camera, every single building is a beautiful drawing and its curious how the urban plan, although it's an old buildings implantation, still acomodates pedestrians walks, car park spaces, and road traffic, nice vision from the guys who planned it initially.

For a walkable city like Amsterdam, there's not a ton of parking spots and understandably so. Saw many spots here, probably reserved. That's how you know you're in a very rich neighbourhood haha

Yes there are, but it depends on your budget. The areas is called ‘Oud Zuid’, which as the title implies is the richest neighbourhood Amsterdam. An example of a hotel that is closeby is the hotel ‘Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam’. If you type in the area ‘Oud Zuid’ in booking you can find some good options! The van Breestraat was not that rich . My parents moved in with their parents, during the depression. Before the war. The Cornelis Schuit was a simple neighborhood then. A lot has changed since I left in 1974.
