Great video about the beautiful Lake Norman area. I’m looking forward to moving there soon as I’m building my retirement home. Thank you for the great overview of LKN!

I have designed a few homes built on the lake, but have never been there. Last week my wife and I came and spent the week on the lake and absolutely loved. So much so that we're considering a second home there!
Your website and your homes are very impressive. If you are taking new clients, I recently sold a lot in Cornelius on the water and I am not sure if my clients have connected with a designer yet. If you are, I would be happy to pass along your information and website to him
Nice to see you didn't Ozark it. No open header go fast boats. Disrupting your conversation. And waking you up at 3:00 in the morning. No ridiculously large two and three engine yachts eroding the shoreline and beating the hell out of the boat docks. Dumping there holding tanks into the water. And making what would otherwise be a nice day on the lake in a sensible boat impossible.
@@NicoleLeininger Thanks for responding. It does look very nice. Development can get out of hand on these lakes. I find the only time I can enjoy it anymore is off season and that's getting to be less every year as things develop more and more. Sorry to be so negative. The only way I would ever consider buying another house on a lake. Is if the lake had a master development plan that they are legally bound to adhere to.
Beautiful area but crowded and expensive and during the summer the lake is like driving in LA rush hour traffic! Still area has everything so you can't go wrong.
What state doesn’t have traffic? That’s what happens with the popular destinations. I’ve had several buyers think the area is very reasonable compared to other areas (FL, CA, NY, NJ….).
Good morning. I have something coming available, send me your contact information or email me and I would be happy to share details nicole.leininger@premiersir.com
But it’s not too busy during the week. What lake isn’t busy on weekends and holidays? There are several coves that are great for skiing and surfing any day of the week. You just need to know where to go.

I love how they show an empty lake with no boat traffic, when in reality it’s a freaking zoo on Fridays and the weekends.
