The 2021 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro is Chery Auto Philippines' most handsome crossover in the lineup today. The Tiggo 7 Pro is a beautiful crossover, and it managed to cram in almost everything you can ever want in a family vehicle while keeping the price low. In this Filipino car review, we took the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro out for a near 500km drive to test out its performance and comfort. It proved to be quite a capable performer, and its price will make other competitors like the Geely Coolray Sport, the Mitsubishi Xpander, and the Toyota Rush all shake in fear. In the Philippines, the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro is priced at the same level as a base model Honda Civic, Mazda 3, and Toyota Corolla Altis. Since it is a crossover, the 2021 Tiggo 7 Pro has the advantage. Any doubts about Chery Auto's reliability are put to rest by the longest warranty in the country, with full aftersales support. I got to do a car review of the Tiggo 7 Pro for 1 week, and was not able to test out all of its features. It's a complete family vehicle for a small family who wants all the tech, safety and comfort in a car that has the best warranty in the industry.

2nd row seats don't fold down completely. CVT (yuck). Fake dual tail pipes. On the plus side, aircon vents at the back, dual zone climate control, Apple CarPlay, and powered lift gate. Not bad, really.

Except for the fake tail pipe everything reygan said is positive. Everything looks good, but my lizard brain keeps on reminding me of the previous Cherry a decade ago. Just like how I didn't like escape and EcoSport made me biased against the teritory. I still kinda trust Geely more. Maybe if I test drive the T7 pro the bias will go away.
My shortlist of China crossovers: Geely Coolray, GAC GS3, Changan CS35. Somehow, at the same time, I also want Chery Phils. to succeed :)

Outside I still prefer the Coolray Sport. But tech wise, this seems better

Im happy with my tiggo 7 pro... pero malakaz siya sa gas. Hahaha. But it really is spacious and premium looking. An affordable luxury i must say.
The cockpit locks like a scratch magnet. Piano black finish attracks smudges too

Okavango is 7-seater while T7Pro is a 5-seater. Both have a good set of features

I think I've watched this review for the 10th time now. I'm still undecided between the Tiggo 7 Pro and Geely Coolray Sport...
Go for the geely for performance. No other subcompact crossover could compete to it. It has all the amenities with the tigo but much more powerful in engine. It is a no slouch.
Yes same here im confused between the two. I like the gcr looks more than tiggo but because of the bigger space and ac at the back and android auto of the tiggo it made me jealous if i buy coolray
This is my dilemma 3 weeks ago. Until I saw the issues from Russia. They have this model since June last yr i think.
Dealer wont acknowledge the issue and keep saying its fine lol. One is there is no rubber in the rear door, water and dirt enters leading to corrosion.
Then I choose coolray. 2 weeks old coolray owner here and no regret.
Coolray is more than a year already in the market and still selling well.
