Hi! I’m Danielle Damianov - wife, mom, multi-business owner, and self-employed since age 23. With over two decades in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry, I’ve been through the highs and lows, building businesses from scratch.
After the 2008 market crash, I rebuilt my Real Estate and Mortgage career with a focus on creating a life and business by design, not by default.
Driven by my love for travel and freedom my focus is doing the things that are going to move the needle each day before 1pm so that you can spend the rest of the day doing what you love!
This all came about one day while on vacation in Italy.
I am strategic and intentional about everything I do when it came to building back up my Real Estate Business and my mortgage business.
Over the years I have been involved in many coaching programs such as Mike Ferry, Keller Williams Bold, Tom Ferry and others.
I've used many CRM's: Top Producer, Chime, Surefire, Top of Mind, Boomtown, Follow Up Boss & Countless other Programs such as Hootsuite, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, Click Funnels, Kajabi and Vyral Marketing...just to name a few.
These various coaching programs and platforms were vital for my business and business success, however, I realized there has to be a better way than to use multiple platforms to handle my business. I also realized I was spending WAY to much time figuring out these hard to use, clunky platforms that didn't really make sense. Trying to figure out the CRM and Systems was daunting. To top it off I didn't use most of what it was capable to do because of the learning curve.
There Had to Be a Better Way!
As I was sitting in Italy slaving away at my work I was constantly trying to get my work Done by One so I could go out and enjoy the rest of the day. What is needed daily in our business so I can get all of my Sales, Marketing, Follow Ups and Outreach done in order to BE Done by One- Slay the Day and still have fun?
