Yeah I think he can fit in all the roles, mainly because as a point character he can build meter with his zoning and he has solid no bar combos so I do think he can fit there. But he does seem to work best as an anchor due to his meter usage.
Since KOF XIV, they gave characters extra voice lines for if you land a special move after three hits in a combo. So for example if you did Genocide Cutter or Reppuken raw, you’d hear him say it.

For the Combo at 0:26 it seems you don't need to cancel cl.C(close heavy punch) into the command normal and letting it hit twice does more damage
