Tyne Tees Television is one of my favourite ITV television affiliates like Grampian Television, so I decided to make an ident history video on them after Grampian Television. Tyne Tees Television (now ITV Tyne Tees) was founded on 15th January 1959 in Newcastle upon Tyne. This was the ITV television franchise for North East England and parts of North Yorkshire. The headquarters moved to Gateshead in July 2005, where they remain to this day. Their original headquarters in City Road (Newcastle upon Tyne) were
demolished in 2009. My next ident (logo) history video will be on Border Television, a request from Capacelan.
