hey i was wondering what do you need to make it road legal, i live in PA and i cannot find any clearly stated information on such a topic any help would be greatly appreciated
headlights taillights turn signals seat belts able to go over 35mph and then call your local DMV to take it in to get it registered and get a plate for it.

I haven't went full speed, but I've gone 75mph at around 4000rpm. They are known to go around 85-95mph.

Its all about wheel size and gearing. My other 1835cc rail can do 70 at the top of third gear.
