It will stay for 1 month in refrigerator. If you want to keep it for longer outside at normal temperature, i suggest you skip malai and add only ghee for binding. ❤️
Thank you soo much but was thinking without malai will it be soft n taste good as well..also if u can suggest some healthy sweet recipes which can stay out for longer durations
Yess you can slightly melt the jaggery and add it. Quantity will be the same. If you like less sweet then you can adjust it as per your taste. Make sure you add less ghee, else will be difficult to bind ❤️
