Summer is good, but sometimes it's too hot for a walk in the city 😊

Anyone else think NYC gets a bad rep? I love these walking tour videos and am, always, struck by how NYC is not covered in garbage. When you hear people talk about somewhere like Tokyo, they are always comparing it to American cities, especially NYC and going on about how dirty the city is. But, it seems to be remarkably clean, especially considering the millions and millions of residents and visitors that are there every, single day. They do a far better job of keeping it up than many, far smaller cities.

A lot of the bad rep you hear is from local NYers who are living mainly in medium-low income areas, who always have something to complain about and exaggerate over. Now I’m from NY (born and raised) but I’m from Long Island. NY definitely has it’s negatives like crime, and the overall cost of living but it’s one of those things that if you only see NY for the negatives, you’ll only talk about the negatives. In terms of the city being covered in garbage…..it really isn’t, unless you go to some areas of Manhattan or even the outer boroughs (more so Brooklyn, and the Bronx) where the streets aren’t as well kept up.

Summer nights are made for walking and they're especially beautiful in Bryant Park who has arguably the best summer program in town with open air yoga, movie nights, music chair etc! My favorite park in town in the summer. Merci beacoup Julien, bon weekend! 🗽🍎

I like the Grace building by Bryant Park ... Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.

Thanks, great video. The US has built the best infrastructure in the World, but the problem is that the World will no longer be able to keep the US Infrastructure in working order due to its high cost, it turns out a paradoxical situation that the US is destroying the World because it has built the most expensive Infrastructure. Will the United States be able to maintain its rich Infrastructure without a Parasitic Colonial Financial Dollar System? no, no, no.
