It’s funny you say that ‘cuz I often see these giant heads come out of pores and think, ‘Exactly how thick is that skin really? How can you get all that junk out of a pore when the skin is only a few millimeters thick?’ Boogles the mind! 🤪

YESS!! SHE PINCHES OFF THE PORE WITH HER THUMB AND ONLY HALF COMES OUT....OR IT TAKES 3 OR 4 PINCHES!
I worked for a dermatologist and if he would see me working like this and leaving the pore still seeping with contents I'd GET FIRED!! This does NO GOOD! If you don't empty all the dead skin cells/sac wall it WILL GROW BACK and could lead to cystic acne the next visit!

I like to rate their faces from 1 to 10, 10 being the best for popping. Things I consider are the amount of blackheads, the type of pops, and the grossness level. I rate them at the beginning and again at the end. This person is about a 9. Maybe even 9.5 just by the amount of blackheads available to pop. I need a life, a job, a hobby, or something. Maybe I just need summer to hurry up and get here, cuz this Yooper life is rough. Love these vids. Keep them coming, I still have months of winter to go.

Can you provide a link that explain the entire method to this process of skin care? Is it a culture/ climate thing? I'm a 50yo black female & I've never had an acne issue so I can't relate, but watching is ssooo satisfying.
@@earlisanorman3709 I think it's a diet, genetic, metabolism thing. You skin is one of the ways your body will secrete toxins, through sweat for example as well.

you NEED to get the sac/capsule out!! you can’t just squeeze out what’s on the surface only!! it’ll only cause irritation and recurrence of acne!!! which will then cause more infection and scarring!!

Watching all the videos, she is careful to work in area then move on to a less sore or inflamed area so the pain is not too overwhelming. She deals with multi visits, getting the worst and lesserones at next visit. I have systemic inflammation not only skin but organs too. I understand how painful it can become and stubborn when it doesn't want to calm down. For some, it will be life long. Becoming a managed care which Thuy takes serious. Hair follicles are attacked by the body and its important medication is used to suppress the body's immune response causes the inflammation.
I like it when there are so many you can just squeeze anywhere in the face and they come out. But then I wonder how can they stand and let him get like that.

That dry skin looks tough as leather, but I would rather work on that than oozy oil. At least the gloves don't slip. You can deep cleanse and moisturize afterwards.

Watching these videos, I have never been so grateful for my skin!! I’m 48 and feel like the wrinkles are taking over but I will take that any day over this. This is just shockingly awful!!! How sad!!!

không nên và tuyệt đối không trị mụn bằng cách này nhé, mụn đầu đen sở dĩ do tuyến bã nhờn thải ra, khi gặp không khí sẽ bị oxi hóa cho nên mới có mụn đầu đen và nếu cứ lột mụn bằng cách này, lỗ chân lông sẽ bị giãn ra, còn tuyến bã nhờn thải ra sẽ lại bị oxi hóa và thành mụn đầu đen, tức là các bạn cứ nặn ra xong 1 đợt thì vài tiếng sau lại có 1 đợt mụn đầu đen mới với kích thước to hơn do lúc này lỗ chân lông to đã bị to ra! lên phây búc tìm sumitn chị ấy chỉ cho.dùng ưng lắm

That's my exact thoughts. Love seeing the FAT nuggets of sebaceous filaments coming right out, and leaving clean clear pores. It's a pity that later on, neglected some and left a whole 'nuggets' in their pores. Hopefully she'll get back to them later.
