- In this video, I build a commander (mallet) for timber frame work. I have always wanted to make a mallet and this one turned out to be grand! I couldn't resist adding some additional features to it.

It's the off grid Sledge-O-Mattic!🍉🍉🍉
Very nice job on that! Really like that verse on there. Very fitting 👌
Awesome hammer Brother
I really enjoy watching these create and build projects...but playing grab the wood while the blade is still turning, turns my stomach.
It's really a beautiful mallet. Good work, Troy!
Beautiful, Troy! Looks like you are testing the limits of those shelves behind you🫣
Troy great show, when it comes to woodworking I am just a hack.
Very nice build Troy. I like everything about, especially the Bible verse.
Troy, unique design and an awesome job!.....
If I were of British descent, the complement would be, ... "Smashing" finish !
This is awesome!
That's a beautiful work of art. Too nice to pound pegs with. Might want to make a basic one to use and hang that one on the wall.
Love it.
Thanks for that verse Troy - that's a good one for the ole arsenal.
Gallagher would have been truly proud! You got a watermelon handy?
Spiders hate the smell of peppermint oil.
So do mice.
I'm sure Gallagher is smiling down upon you from the heavens with this project sir... lol, and also willing to bet that your local seismologist is getting readings from all the trembling watermelons across the county 😄
A wonderful project. You sounded a bit under the weather there at the end audio, hope you feel better soon.
If your spiders are that productive, it's because they're getting a lot of food. An insect light when you're not in the shed might reduce the numbers of insects - and considering the most common spider foods are mosquitoes and flies, this would probably help protect your health too.
Hello, I just saw your channel and was watching all your past videos. I watching the video butchering your 400 boar and had question on how did the boar meat come out? What would do if it was tainted. I’m asking because I’m in the same situation.
What was your first wood working project? Mine was a high school project, snail mail holder for a desk. What are the minimum tools you need to start cabinetry?
My first project was building a coffee table for my brother one Christmas. It was in my dad’s workshop when I was in college.
As for cabinetry, a good, large table saw has always been my first suggestion but with the track saw attachments you can get now that would be much cheaper. Finding a way to accurately breakdown sheet material is critical for cabinetry.

Love the Bible verse.
