6-9am wake up time breakfast time.
10-12pm: relax or chill.
1-4pm record edit upload and take a shit.
5-6pm shower chill
(If u r planning to play at 4am then sleep from 7pm to 3 or 4am) then sleep again at 5 to 7 then continur ur day. This schedule is shit but try it.

Hey jev you should go for the grandmaster calling card it’s easier than you think I promise
Jev if you wanna get you sleep schedule back on track you can stay up a whole 24 hours until the time you want to go to sleep at the appropriate time or take some Melatonin. Its a supplement you get from any GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. Its less aggressive than sleep pills. Hope this help Jev.
