The floral Pierro is sooo pretty! I tried this Max in stripes but didn't like it so much on me. The color and style are flattering on you!! The long dress is stunning, Zoryyyy
The red Etia dress is my favorite on you. Fits you like a dream. The blue floral print is a 90s throwback but also looks like decorating fabric to me, I’m sorry to say. My mother made curtains from something similar back in the day.
Love the Deven top, looks great on you! Have you tryed the Adele dress? I’m thinking about getting the with one but not sure is the material to thick and heavy for summer days! Thx for the video!
I actually just got the white Adele dress when I was in Paris! It’s not super thick and it’s not paper thin either - kind of like in the middle. I’d say it works for early summer or a summer night. It’s very beautiful with the embroidery! I also like the midi length.
I was so excited to go to the NYC store when I was on a trip there last week, but I was quickly disappointed that they had hardly any stock. Only sizes in any cardigan were XS and S. Nothing in a medium or large in any other item I liked, so I left empty handed. Another lady was complaining the men’s section had no large or XL sizes. I guess it’s hit or miss with deliveries.
The SF store is not very big and we don't get the whole collection but it's nice to be able to try the things that are in stock. I usually go between Monday and Wednesday because that is when they get their new stock. I also chat with the ladies that work in the store to get the scoop on new arrivals :) I've been to the NY location twice and it was soo busy! I can see how stock moves mega fast there!
Thank you for sharing. I have recently discovered this brand. It is lovely. What are your experiences with cardigans with kid mohair? Will hairs fall off easily?
Some pieces like the Emile and the Gaspard do shed. It really depends on the piece. I've read that some people would put the sweater in a large zip lock bag and then in the freezer and that stops the shedding but I have never tried it myself.
Zory I was in San Francisco last week so I had to go visit the Sezane store since I always watch your videos. I was disappointed at how small the store was. I can’t shop at a store that doesn’t have all The sizes on display for every item.
I wish we would get a bigger store but I guess I'm still happy that San Francisco has one (because it's not really the usual choice for smaller brands like Sezane). Also I have been to quite a few of their stores in Europe and no location has the full collection! Even in Paris you have to go to 2-3 locations as not even the flagship carries the current full collection. And they usually only display 1-2 sizes per piece and want you to inquire with the fitting room staff.
No clothing store has the full online collection, what I meant was it’s disappointing to walk into a store and only see 2 pieces of each garment in small sizes. That’s not inclusive to all shoppers. All other clothing stores do have all sizes available on the shelf for the customer to pick out themselves.
@@annan.3283 did you inquire for sizing with the sales associate? They have sizes at the back, that’s just how they do it. Usually during new collection drops they have in stock almost the full range of sizes for a piece but things move quickly…sometimes when I inquire for small sizes they don’t have them and I’m sure the opposite happens as well
please forgive me if this sounds offensive... i personally think, sezane is more suitable for those who are taller and bigger (in bone structure). those pieces with big bold patterns really are too flamboyant for my personal aesthetic. some minimalist pieces that fit petites do not worth it as their material composition is mostly synthetic fabric. Do not buy something just because the website pictures look good. I know there are some good value items, but please be more careful and mindful in what we purchase.
I’m 5’6 and find Sezane pants too long and always have to get them tailored. I don’t know if Sezane assumes women are all wearing 4 inch heels. But it’s really frustrating to buy expensive clothes then spend more to shorten them when I’m not short. I recently learned about Kibbe body shapes and have been applying it to myself. I definitely value your opinion on sezane’s style.
Prints are definitely not everyone's cup of tea. Sezane's prints are tasteful and in my opinion full of joy. I personally like the balance they strike with classic versatile pieces and stand out pieces. I also love that they try to introduce unexpected pieces in every collection which pushes people to try something new. A true journey into personal style shouldn't be boring and/or predictable. Sezane has many great items and a wide range of fabrics, there is something for everyone on their website. I feel like your assumption that people buy Sezane because of pretty website pictures is a bit condescendant - you don't see the value therefore people who do are wrong? Really? And lastly telling someone that clothes they clearly enjoy wearing aren't meant for their body type is tone deaf (even when you start your sentence with "forgive me if this sounds offensive", actually I find that intro worse because it tells me you knew it was out of line but did it anyways to scratch your itch). Women have enough pressure from the media to look and be a certain way, we don't need that reinforced by other women. Clothes are a tool for self expression. Yes, they are guidelines out there for how to spotlight certain features of our bodies but do not mistake those for unbreakable rules. Some of the greatest stylists out there dare to bend those rules. And if you so need rules, here is one that is great: if something makes you smile, wear it and have fun.

The Deven blouse and polka dots culottes are the best choices.
very comfy! I have the brown culottes so I'm going to recreate this look but with the brown

Nice overview. Location seemed well stocked. I shop in the NYC SOHO location which is quite busy so items r not always there.
