Holy smokes. These races are wild! I’d love to give this a go. Glad y’all are alright. Thankfully the fence stopped you when it did because the next thing in the line of fire was your helmets.
I appreciate you taking the time to review the footage with us! That's one fast boat.
I love how they just put a big ass Haybale to cover up the hole 😂
You got a timestamp on it? I need to see this😂😂
@@night6876it was on the live idk if it made the video
Cleetus 2 channel has the full race.
@@dixonwa1 Thank you
Honestly the aircraft cable is doing *a lot* of the heavy lifting here when it comes to safety. The chainlink is more to soften the blow with the hay bale will also do.
This is about how i expected Cleetus having his own racing jet boat would go. Gotta love the dedication to either win, or lose spectacularly. Full Send!
Right in the jolly Roger’s boat he didn’t want to mess it up but now that its his own boat he don’t give a damn and is pushing it to the limit
@@fast97z24 Thats the whole reason for Spence in the boat, same as rally
Congrats on the new member of the fleet. Loved watching the race. Would've loved it more in person. Give a shout next time your in Washington, Tacoma ain't but hop, skip, & a jump away. Love all that you guys do. Keep it real, & keep it safe.
That was pretty sick.. It's crazy how competitive his time was with zero previous seat time in that boat...
So much potential for someone that's only done it a handful of times. Great to watch and the crowd would have loved it too.
Poor tree
How long do you think it's going to be until he digs his own Sprint boat course at the Freedom Factory?
Would really help his control and give him all the seat time he needs.
Gators will love it!
current location? never
well he had that back yard where they did the first crownvic dirt race.
Exactly what I'm saying! 😂😉
It was wild watching this wreck happen right in front of me. Was good meeting you man, im looking forward to seeing you out there at the next event!
Spence's clap as you guys yeeted out of the water was hilarious. It was a "Damn it, we had this!" kinda thing without even paying any mind to the fence and crowd approaching very quickly lol. Like the same kinda clap or gesture at home playing a video game. That was funny as hell lol
Man i never noticed that and had a great laugh at the replay. Good eye!
That was sick. The last two wrecks were intense. That fence did it's job well
Glad you and Spenc are ok and the fence did it’s job protecting the spectators !
That’s racin boys you’re behind one of the hardest thing to drive and for someone like you cleet to struggle no normal human being could do that without seat time in anything fast at all. You’re a hell of a driver brother keep on sending 🙏🏻 glad the fence stopped ya and the crowd was quick to ask if you were okay
This looks deadly. proper prep prevents poor performance god bless
I give ol cleeter all the respect for holding on and steering that beast
I think it’s impossible for Garret to not go 100%. Hope the boat can be fixed.
He didnt spend the money on that ripper for him to come 4th.
It's kind of a crazy stroke of luck that you guys Decided to wrap Garrett's shins to keep from running into the dashboard because I got a feeling if he didn't have that there he might have gotten some cable rash on is leg.
Looks like cleetoris barely fits
It is so hard to believe the footage isn’t sped up, but the engine sound says it all 👌👌
this was alot of fun to watch, thanks for signing my wallet! you guys were absolutely killing it and im so glad your bringing this sport some love!! I had no idea they were racing these here till you came and kicked butt the first time out!
Hell yeah brother! When in doubt, gas it! Let's Goooo!
As a really driver, the hand gestures are amazing. Great backup skill to have if/when comms fail. You got a good man by your side 👍
What a natural driver. I suspect there will be a win in Cletus's future if he keeps at this sprint boat thing.
He won when he was in the jolly Rodgers boat
@@davidadcock1475 yup first time ever doing it, I think this boat is just a bit more powerful than the JR boat though.
I see a jet boat course around the freedom factory in the near future.
That boat seemed off, shouldn't be losing suction that quick each crash it was getting unsettled, better play with the 4 link! :) Great driving, glad everyone is ok. Boat sounds so awesome! More seat time and it will be a ripper!
Fantastic attempt at going really fast with minimal seat time ! Kudos to you and " Spicey " Spence. thanks for that great video. Looking forward to the next race ( by the way , that boat is fast ).
I hope after that crash the track rethinks it’s safety fencing. That could have been really bad. Glad y’all are ok brother. Keep the great videos coming
Glad y’all are ok! You boys are pushing the envelope and you are definitely a force to be reckoned with!
Always putting on a show no matter what you driving! Love it!
Cleatus,
From looking at on board footage it looks like you might need to make the steering ratio quite a bit slower. That should greatly help with smoothness. Add some expo if possible. Take a peek at the #1 guys setup if possible.
Shows how important safety equipment is!
Safety is almost as important as horsepower 😂
This is the definition of learning on the fly 🤣 atleast it was a humbling experience plus noone got hurt and it was damn good entertainment! Im sure all the folks went home with some good storys to tell.
