I think some of them are genuinely scared when mom starts weaning. Maybe they are really hungry at the time and think they will starve to death or that mom suddenly hates them. There is fear in their voices. After they get use it it, yeah, I think those are tantrums and the sound of the voice reflects that (except SweetPea, it was always just a tantrum).

It's more with the infants during their first weaning or if they are truly hungry because they just didn't get enough sold food that day (moms may be responsible for that themselves since they often snitch food from their own babies). Julina was ignored and mistreated through her sad short life. She was nursed enough to grow and have a measure of health. Julina was born in Dec in 2018 so is still considered a baby. I'm a psychologist and this monkey has a lot of mental issues because she did not have a good childhood, she was beaten up all the time if you remember. She has a lot of anxiety that's why when she is alone she pulls her hair out and that's her comfort. She needs a lot of love.

I don’t think she has a balding problem. When mom pulls her hair back to bite she’s pulling the hair out. Eventually it won’t grow back cause the hair follicles are damaged

I'm a psychologist and this monkey has a lot of mental issues because she did not have a good childhood, she was beaten up all the time if you remember. She has a lot of anxiety that's why when she is alone she pulls her hair out and that's her comfort. She needs a lot of love.

BS. I've seen her baby videos and she did nothing but suck on mom around the clock.. Her mother needed a break and julina went insane from having to let the tit go for a minute. Now she's grown up and still acting like an infant... Idk why macaque Infants are the most useless of all animal species on earth. They can actually die from fatal insecurity if they aren't clinging to mommy and sucking on the tit 24/7... Idk how they aren't extinct.. Just because the Infants are unable to even function unless they are clinging.. Even if the thing they're clinging to is trying to kill them. (see Kayla and Kaya).. Question is, what evolutionary purpose do a species have to have infants that are so dependent that 1 minute away from nursing could mean insanity all the way to dying from fright. Analyze that doc.
