I'm a 52 year old male who has done heavy strength training for 30 years very dillegently. I have lost 6% bone density in the past 2 years. I don't smoke or drink alcohol, eat well and supplement with calcium and vitamin d. I have a very light bone structure so I don't think my density was very high in the first place.

I HAVENT HAD FRACTUE , I AM 71 , BUT MY L2 , L4 reduce on front part %20 and bened to front , bach side is ok. They told me my Dexa is -4 . But on the other part of my body, I am -1 , -2. I MEAN HIP AND RIB AND SHOULDER IS NOT TO HIGH , JUST L2,L4 , WHAT DI YOU SEJESST? .
