I swear no problem in english. In my first language, I'd feel so uncomfortable saying the same things. I really feel where Kiara is when she's really struggling to get the words out.

It feels like everyone I know who has learned another language is less uncomfortable with profanity than they are in their first language.
I guess because with second language curses, you *know* it's bad, but you never got to really feel how it's used.
I have a friend who has no problem saying dirty things in English, but if I just directly translate back to her own language, she gets incredibly embarrassed.
