May I make a suggestion, turn your furniture upside-down, this way you will not have all that water sitting in the furniture. Much easier to clean. Love the videos.
I think you should just trim the bushes, since they they turn red in fall they're probably beautiful, the bush behind the fireplace, Gerald you did a great job of trimming it way back. Then they got mad when they saw what I did with their stuff. 😂😂😂 Relocate the bushes to a different location so they can be highlighted in their own space. Also, check to see if the fireplace gets hot on the exterior because it will burn the plants sitting close to it. Powerwash the deck and stain it until you can replace it.
Power wash the deck or stain it for nicer refresh . Also paint the white rocker you will love it . Place it on the bank of the lake somewhere for another chill spot . ❤
Hi, the patio refresh looks terrific! You may want to at most trim down your burning bushes a little so that you can still see the lake. Later on, a couple of coats of a nice colored transparent stain will also really revive and extend the life of your patio. I recommend a transparent colored stain so that you will not have to deal with the paint chipping from harsh weather in the future. The rugs and especially that fireplace beautifully compliments your house and your original furniture! Those swivel chairs are perfect for the fireplace area because they can be turned towards company when necessary. Great job and thanks for showing us the results 😁

That's a VERY private and intimate part of your home and I think it's reasonable if you decided to keep that part of the renovation offline. The same logic should apply to childrens room/nursery. Just a suggestion.

You all did a Great Job transforming the space. Some inexpensive quick fixes that could even elevate your space even more on a budget, is to just pressure wash and stain the patio, and put a modern light fixture by patio door and voila :) Beautiful couple and beautiful acres. God bless you both.

Trim down both burning bushes, so the one doesn'obstructct your view. Trim down the bush by the new fireplace, refurbish the white two seater, and place it in front of the fireplace with a nice table between them.

We painted/waterproofing paint and was able to get a few more years while we planned and saved for a deck rebuild. All that is missing is your grill and some games. ❤❤🐯🐯

The layout can be tweek a bit. By placing the fire place at the angle. That way you have the best of both worlds the view of the lake and the view of the fireplace. But overall once you get rid of the raised platform it will enhance the space even better.

A nice paint stain on the decking would look fab in black low maintenance and paint the love seat put it out in your property adding seats Here and there on a large property would make it more useable xx
