Forza Italia 🙏🏻 you’ll bounce back stronger 💪🏻 Italy is the land of culture, literature, music, history, arts, architecture, football, and everything that is refined and beautiful. There is not a single part of it that isn’t worth visiting! The diversity of astonishing places and rich culture are nothing to be compared with anywhere in this world. I’m always keeping Italy and its people all in my prayers. Stay safe 🙏🏻
I can honestly say that I have heard the majority of these songs. I never knew they were something much larger. Much of these pieces have been played through out the years in commercials, cartoons, tv, film, covers you name it. The ones we remember most are the ones that stand out more because they are used more. Taratella Napoletana and Funiculi Funicula, I'd hear as a child regarding anything that had to do with Italy. Funiculi Funicula was always played when something had to do with "pizza". Or they would use Taratella Napoletana. First time I heard it was in an old 'Disney cartoon. It was a 'Jack and the Beanstalk' skit with Mickey, Donald and Goofy. Goofy and Donald sing 'Funiculi Funicula' as they awaiting food to be brought back by Mickey trading in their cow. William Tell Overture, somehow became synonymous with anything that had to do with running. Especially horse racing. Violon concerto, was often used associated with visiting museums, catering events, anything grand. Ranz des Vaches, I'd hear in just about every cartoon from Disney, to Looney Toons, Tom& Jerry, Tex Avery, etc... It was always played as a backdrop for "waking up" in the early morning sunrise. O sole mio, was another I'd seen in cartoons from Disney, Looney Toons, Tom & Jerry, Tex Avery, etc... It was always the something to have you laughing. It shows you just how many of these songs have been with us. Timeless classics, that we never knew where they originated.
Don't forget that the theme for The Lone Ranger was The William Tell Overture. Try to listen to Toscanini conducting it, Incredible and it was the version used for the TV show.
Kayne Dewhurst actually not really. He can’t make big key jumps without looking at the keys. If he could, he’d be as good as that blind Japanese concert pianist whose name escapes me at the moment.
Vinheteiro, após 4 anos, vendo agora esse seu vídeo, pude notar o quão renegado é o bom gosto no nosso amado país BRASIL. É lamentável que a boa música é despreza por aqui. Saúde e sucesso, maestro.

While I didn't know the names of many of these songs, there were a few that I knew the names of, but had no Idea that they were Italian in origin. There were also some other songs that I was very familiar with, but was completely unaware of both, the Italian origin, and of the name and composers of these songs! I always learn something new from your videos. Thank you so much for sharing your musical knowledge! I would absolutely love to have someone like you as my piano teacher! You are not only very talented, but you are quite knowledgeable as well! Cheers and kind regards from the United States.
Thank you, thank you Vinheteiro! Bravo! These songs have been adapted and used in their original and adapted form so many times in so many venues. So good to be able to identify the original compositions.

@@tinalettieri Oh yes, I forget about that. Yes, definitely heard that one.

The degree of difficulty is determined by how little he looks at the camera.
So original.
Kayne Dewhurst actually not really. He can’t make big key jumps without looking at the keys. If he could, he’d be as good as that blind Japanese concert pianist whose name escapes me at the moment.
@@Brenby Nobuyuki Tsujii
Or like Ray Charles, how little he looks at the keys, right? Lol. 2:50
He's play more difficult songs without looking before, i think its more of a familiarity thing. He has to look for songs that he isn't familiar with
