Hey yall....What does "spontaneous worship" imply? Do they really just put the word out and then throw down on the spot without it being scheduled? If so that's awesome...they're 🔥 regardless but if spontaneous means spontaneous that makes it so much more cool.
Yeah, that's what it means. I think they have a habit of making space for it, and they watch the worship leaders to see if they are leaning into a moment like that.
Musicians can do that, especially those who can write. Just like free style rap. Worship has a free flow as well, and it's quite powerful. And yes, they've been doing spontaneous worship in songs. I've seen with Bethel Music and Jesus Culture mostly
Thanks for the feedback you all...yea there's something to be said for moving in step with the spirit in terms of timing where as planning and practicing things might defuse what's going on within some people a little bit...worshipping is worshipping though and it's all great but I've seen so many of these videos that are titled "Spontaneous" ...I had to ask.
