Her character’s name is Carolyn. Pronounced Care-o-lynn
She is Jake’s girlfriend.
(Sorry, it drives me crazy.)
Aaron and Cady from mean girls
All of them. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too young for a life decision.
I think most of them are broken up by now 😊❤
Dionne and Murray's relationship was always my least favorite part of _Clueless._ even as a kid I could tell they clashed far too much to make anything long term work. And Murray doesn't seem the most faithful. Cher was right, Dionne can do so much better.
Agreed
Same
You got that right.
I felt bad for Murray
I've never liked when Bad Boys/Good Girls pairings are overly romanticised. While a rebellious partner may seem "cool" and "exciting", it just sends a terrible message that a rebellious guy can change if they meet the right girl. At least Patrick from "10 Things" was a mostly nice guy, with his bad boy reputation being exaggerated via rumours.
Yeah, the Bad Boy/Good Girl pairing is not a bad troupe, but if it is poorly executed, poorly-written and poorly-developed, I would be genuinely annoyed and angry.
Agreed. Claire and Bender were only together momentarily to fulfill her rebellious phase
A million times YES to Jamey and Sierra! I don't care if she's supposedly his type, she still catfished, sexually assaulted and lied to him, and we're supposed to be happy that they got together?!
Agreed! She kissed him without him knowing it was her, I thought that was sooo creepy and gross!
@@janeenharrison1953 Agreed, She even spent most of the movie lying to him
2:36 I'm pretty sure the whole point of the breakfast club was that Monday at school none of those kids ever talked to each other again.
😂
😂😂😂😂
I love Breakfast Club and I do like John Bender as a character. While I do love how the group formed a strong bond throughout the film, the romance part feels out of nowhere and kinda rushed. It's better that Claire/Bender & Andrew/Allison should have stayed as strictly platonic friends.
I kind of agree on that front. It might have been better had they all just parted to continue living their lives, while gaining empathy for other people. I never liked that Brian was the only person who was left alone and single, while everyone else hooked up, and made him write their essay.
Definitely. Andrew didn't even look twice at Allison before that dumbass makeover.
I kinda shipped Claire with Brian 😅
Andie and Blaine from Pretty in Pink - Blaine caves too quickly to peer pressure and Andie is too insecure about her family’s lack of money
Yes!!!!!
@@southernoregoncatmom6519 oddly enough I like Steff the best out of the three boys. Blaine, as I’ve previously said, caves too quickly to peer pressure. Ducky is a conditional friend who threatens to stop being Andie’s friend if she date’s Blaine and Steff…while he is a jerk, he is honest about liking Andie and doesn’t care who knows about it. He also try’s to stop Benny from trashing Andie at his party.
YESSS!
I personally thought Ducky would've been the better choice, but John Hughes didn't ask me 🤣
Seriously, though, Blake definitely had a weak character...very wishy washy.
Steph was an a$$. I think we can all agree on that. He was smarmy, a typical slutty playboy, and I don't doubt that his only interest in Andie was to hit it and quit it (probably just to run it in Blaine's face).
But, Blaine, in order to like him as a love interest, he had to at least TRY to be stronger ffs
@@angeleyesgreen1586 Ducky really was the better choice but like Andie’s dad said “you can lover but it doesn’t mean she’s gonna love you back” and I don’t think he truly respected that until the end of the movie. I also don’t think Steff was trying to get with Andie just to rub it in Blaine’s face because 1) Steff, during his first conversation with Andie in the movie, said he liked her for four years and I don’t think the guy would persue a girl that long if he was only trying to rub it in (also the movie made it seem like Blaine’s crush was new). 2) he spent the entire movie trying to tell Blaine that Andie was nothing most likely out of jealousy and i just don’t believe he would comment either way until he got with Andie if he was truly trying to rub it in.
In dirty dancing we knew they only had a summer romance the story was baby telling about her first romance. I had assumed she was sharing this with either her husband or current boyfriend
One to add: It’s been revealed via the reboot show that Troy Bolton and Gabriella Montez are in couples therapy, so they’re definitely not working out.
Your thumbnail with the Breakfast Club hit the nail on the head. As a boomer well past my high school days, I absolutely loved that movie anyway❤️
Agreed, even Molly Ringwald feels uncomfortable about the fact that Bender is basically rewarded for sexually harassing Claire for the entire movie, she honestly deserved better.
The whole good girl saving the bad boy from himself trope is beyond played out
In my mind Baby and Johnny are still together, and their grandkids think they are way cooler and fun than their actual parents 😂
I have seen a new version of Dirty Dancing with Baby and Johnny, and they don't stay together they both go their separate ways, Johnny becomes a Lead in a theatre company and baby is married to someone else with a child
@@diannechapman3673
Yeah well the new version changed up so many things from the original and got a lot of hate from the critics and original fanbase.
Sandy and Danny from Grease definitely broke up. If Danny really loved her, he wouldn’t have put on that phony act and told his friends from the beginning how he felt about Sandy. Singing a song about how much he missed her at the drive-in and their You’re The One That I Want performance did not impress me.
HATER!
I highly concur! Even as a child, I thought that Sandy was too good for Danny. He cares more about what his buddies think than about her, which just isn't worth changing everything about yourself to get him.
Teenagers are so stupid, though, especially when they're trying to be cool in front of their friends. And he did quickly come around.
My problem with Grease was the ending. When Sandy changed her look to please him. It was completely unnecessary since he liked her for who she was and never asked her to change. Plus, it sends a bad message that you have to change in order to keep a guy around, which is not true when you find one who actually loves, values, and respects you.
Do I think they would have stayed together, get married, and possibly have kids if they wanted? No. He was still a stupid naive teenager, and they definitely would have drifted apart during college, as he probably wouldn't have matured and been ready to settle down until much later where as Sandy would have been ready for all that soon after college.
So I think they would either broken up their college age or would have gotten married too quickly and divorce not ling after. He was definitely immature and still in his teenage phase where as Sandy was much more mature already.
Exactly! Thank you!!!! What pissed me off in particular was that after trying to fondle Sandy, Danny, after having humiliated Sandy to look cool in front of his friends, ditching her at the dance, and trying to sexually Assault her, has the nerve to wonder why she left him. So, in his eyes, he did nothing wrong and Sandy was just overreacting. What an asshole!
@@thomashuffman3237 Right. I mean why would she stay with him after that? It’s like, “Oh no, the girl who I supposedly love and can’t stop thinking about, left me after I tried to have sex with her in my car. I think I’m going to sing a song about how much I miss her instead of publicly apologizing to her.”
Rip Patrick swayze
How could they leave out Pretty in Pink for the Molly ringwald trifecta?
Oh for sure Andie never would’ve ended up with Blaine
Bender and Claire probably dated for a longer time, noone can convince me about anything else! Have ya'll even seen the movie? Overcoming their roles in society is what the movie is about! Bender and Claire definitely made it for a longer time, eventually breaking up when they graduated. Claire would have gone to college, Bender stayed behind and probably started working, knocked some girl up, married, etc.
20 years later they met again at a reunion and hit it off again 🥰
COME ON LET ME HAVE THIS ONE 😭
He would take away her popularity, so there's no way that they'd stay together for a week.
100% agree. They definitely dated and Bender was def her first everything. Eventually broken up but it was her first love and you cannot make me change my mind!
@@andreasalas7014 She's really pretty. She would've had loads of kisses before then.
Am I the only one who always felt super uncomfortable with Grease? 😬
No, but I always thought it was because I grew up in a Christian home and my feelings were because of P U R I T Y culture. But the older I get, I don't think I should put it all on Christianity. It is a fundamentally flawed relationship.
Dionne and Murray will probably last. I think that their bickering was just an act. They like the drama, but Cher points out that they are really sweet when they think no one is watching. Also, Murray is actually more intelligent than he let's in.
I think once they graduate and go to college, things will probably be better.
Idk. Maybe drama for the sake of drama can ruin a relatioship for good
@@nestorsifuentesaguirre2722 Agreed
@tamerafarly7666 No
I'm really surprised Twilight isn't on here
That's because the franchise lasted long enough to see them get married and have a kid. If it hadn't though, yes, they should've broken up for sure.

This was a fun list! You could add SO many other couples from movie and TV shows. Like ALL the couples in Valentine's Day.
Also, a list of people who you think would STILL be together. Like the Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds characters in The Proposal.
This video is only about teen film couples.
Totally agree about Cameron and Bianca
10. Agree
9. Disagree: Dionne and Murray might have stayed together. After the freeway incident, Murray complimented then immediately calmed Dionne down when she was hyperventilating. Cher did say that Dionne could do better, but she also said that they are considerate of each other.
8. 50/50: They could be too different to last long, or it could be like Hyde & Jackie on "That 70's Show."
7. Agree
6. Agree
5. Disagree: They made each other better. Johnny could find work anywhere as a dance instructor, so he could move to where Baby lives or at least be close. They overcame their rough start, so it's not far-fetched that they can overcome relationship issues.
4. Agree
3. Disagree: Danny & Sandy fell in love before school started. They did get in their own way by putting reputation over happiness. However, their attempts to change for each other shows willingness to compromise.
2. Agree
1. Agree
I feel like Dionne and Murray are the epitome of girls maturing earlier than boys. I could see them being a longterm thing especially once Murray started to mature.
@@R989DI can see that he was a late bloomer
Troy and Gabriella ❤since they are in couples therapy from high school musical
Do one on 10 teen couples that you think have a chance.
I think cameron and bianca have a chance
Very very great list I like it a lot very very great job mis mojo one of my absolute favorite list ever 😊❤
Rip heath ledger
Danny and Sandy are still together.
The true lesson about Grease is that people should be their true selves and love each other for their true selves.
Danny and Sandy naturally fell in love with each other BEFORE encountering each other in high school. It was the pressures of their respective social circles that damaged the relationship. The couple change their behaviors because the thought it was necessary to save the relationship, but changes were never necessary. Instead, they just had to be willing to be themselves, regardless of their peers' expectations.
Now that the couple have graduated high school, they are away from their peers and can forge a path together. The chorus of the final song said it best. "We'll always be together."💘🎵
Finally someone said it
good job about Teen Movie Couples Who Definitely Broke Up from Top 10
7:00 Why doesn't she ask him out? Why do millions of girls not even consider doing so?
I hate the virginal younger girl/more experienced older guy-trope and how common it is throughout the decades, sometimes including the bad boy-trope. I wouldn't hate it if it was just in movies once in a while, but it's in nearly all of them. I really miss movies where it's the other way around (I know there are a few, but it's not normalized) or where both the boy and the girl are inexperienced or experienced and the same age/grade. It's one of the main reasons why I never related to any teen movies as a teenager, since I was mostly interested in boys who where the same age or 1-2 years younger - never older.
What about Bella and Edward from Twilight Saga?
I never thought most of them were in it for the long run anyway. I just thought the movie gave us the ending we wanted and then life happened. The ending being...THE KISS. And then they moved on...
I like to believe Dionne and Murray made it past high school. They may have had a rocky start, but I think they really do love each other.
I agree with a lot of these 🔥
So many are sweet and sentimental pairings but it would be a trial to sustain!❤❤😊
Elle & Noah just made me ticked off.
Mikaela & Sam - "Transformers" (2007)
Agreed
I'll just pretend thay I didn't see _"Johnny and Baby"_ mentioned on this list 🥰🥰🥰
I think Patrick and Kat (10 things I hate about you) also break up, we know how the book ended but that couple was doomed
Jeez this list makes me so happy that Devi ended up with Ben in Never Have I Ever. The popular person ending with the not popular person trope has been overdone to DEATH it’s like 90% of this list.
If I remember right, Dionne & Murray do actually break up at least temporarily in the Clueless TV series continuation so you're not wrong there...
I feel like this video was way too harsh on Cady Heron and Aaron Samuels.
After all, Cady Heron did character develop and they went out with each other for a year and long distance relationships can very well work even when she goes to college.
MOM HELP!!!
Ms Mojo just peed in my cheerios 😫
As I had to pick one sandy and Danny
I bet both couples in 10 Things broke up …
No
Pretty much all teen couples broke up. Most couples that start in high school end in high school. Either that or they should have.
Can MsMojo list couples from any medium that stuck together despite their differences, or perhaps because of them?
How was the couple from after not on this list
How many of us watched this list after our first marriage/death in the family...? Thank you for these videos ❤
What about Sam and Austin from A Cinderella Story (2004) and Andie and Blaine from Pretty in Pink (1986)?
Grease is way too over the top for today's standards
Aaron Samuels was not just kind of bad at math. He was so comically bad at math that he probably could not count to 11 without exposing himself. It was amazing how well he took it when Cady told him. That leads me to think Aaron already knew how bad at math he was and what was really going on when Cady was asking for his help in math.
Kate and Scott from John Tucker Must Die.
Johnny is Dirty Dancing is 25, not a teen...
Frankly, this list can and should have every single teen couple from a movie ever because the reality is the very few high school couples stay together.
Oh yes cady and Aaron would had broken up
In 10 Things I Hate About You, he was nice but he was being a simp
Noah was in a few ways a bad tempered brute
I heard that she was drunk half of that making Rosa‘s movies
Samantha and jake wouldn't last long
I concur. Jake is so dismissive, evil, and disgusting when it comes to his girlfriend at the beginning of the film that i wouldn't want him anywhere near me or any women I know. That line that of how he could take advantage of her was so wrong!
Agreed, Jake and Sam spend most of the movie apart, and the one time they ARE together, it's almost entirely off screen. They hadn't even spoken to each other before then. Not to mention that Jake just hands his drunk girlfriend off to Farmer Ted, though at least he and Caroline parted amicably.
They should do one where couples stay together.
They did so in March.
I wanna know why claire chose john instead of brian because I shipped claire and brian then her and john it just didn't feel healthy for her to be with the bad boy
I still to this day wonder what the h*ll the writers of Sierra Burgess were thinking.
In another timeline this film could have been canceled before release
That’s what I’m saying RickeGnool
One could go into details about what constitutes a 'Teen Movie Couple', but Johnny & Baby's relationship is more of a cross-generational one.
So true!
It's because he the only black guy in school that Dionne and Murray are together
That’s sad
sixteen candles is trash. and I will die on that hill.
All of you Sandy and Danny haters: you're wrong!
Claire and Bender eh I much prefer they be together, overall I agree with every couple on this list
Well this was a “teen dream” life ruiner. Thanks for sharing. 🥺😢👎🏼
I’ll call him my least favorite come OK
*Its those classic teen movie couples that are the most likely tbh.*
Shut your mouth !
Jake and Samantha are still together 😊
Well well well ❤
This video ruined all my dreams about these couples making it
I think you over thought these😂
I hated it when Danny zuko and sandy Olson broke up on grease oh and I still always loved when Paul walker on she’s all that oh and every fast and furious, franchise the movies is my most favorite fast and furious. The second one. 11:16
Omg
A Jimmy Neutron top! Please!
I didn't see any of those films.
In Dirty Dancing 2 they are still together
If you mean Havana Nights, Baby isn't in that. If you mean the 2017 remake, they're still in contact in the 1975 scenes, but aren't still a couple. She's married to someone else.
@@davidz3879 in Havana nights she is not in it but she is mentioned and they are still together
@@aprilbess4074 Havana Nights is a prequel, set in 1958, five years before Baby & Johnny meet each other.
@@davidz3879 i apologize. I was wrong and now I feel very stupid.
she threw up on his lap
I have a hard time watching the Dee and Murray scenes because they're related in rl.
No they aren't. Stacy Dash is related to Dame Dash in real life, not Donald Faison.
Nah, Dionne and Murray are still together, worse or for better. (Mostly worse, though.)
WORST. LIST. EVER!
Right?! GOD bless
Comic Book Guy from _The Simpsons_ would agree, but with respect to your opinion, it’s one of the better lists by Phoebe I’ve seen.
@Jeremiah_Rivers76 that was the idea of me channeling my inner CBG, which I often despise sometimes.
Calm down
