Dear Michael I received a letter of notice that I had have my primary physician doctor sign off some paperwork within 2 weeks or they will suspend my license I made an appointment but my doctor was booked for a month as soon as the paperwork got to my doctor he signed off the paperwork and I was suspended for a short time in between while I was waiting for my doctors appointment. I'm dealing with an erroneously added suspension on my mvr right now. I received a violation notice with a "pending suspension" if I didn't answer a summons from NY state and I immediately took care of it but nj recorded it as a suspension anyway. It's a huge pita because I moved cross country this month and I can't get a job because of it. I have the court orders from NY removing the pending suspension 1 month before NJ recorded it. I'm having no luck on any front. Ny DMV says there's no record of suspension so they can't send anything to remove to nj. The ny court was very nice and gave me copies of the violations they sent and the order to stop the pending suspension with dates but NJ isn't accepting it. I'm losing my mind at this point.

If the suspension was caused by a alcohol infraction but then the DUI was dismissed, will it still show on your driving record?
The suspended pending prosecution will but there will be no record of conviction. This is in NY IDK how other states do it.

The record of a suspension for failing to answer a ticket cannot be expunged from your driving record unless the court made a mistake. Only if you were improperly suspended we can help. If that is the case call us at 914-777-2990.
Hey Mike I can use some advice it’s somewhat similar to this video. I have got a speeding ticket and paid it online when I received it. But wasn’t aware in the state of Georgia they issue additional charge called the super speeder ticket and never received any information about it until I went to the DMV years later to renew my license. when I called and tried to get it removed, the county said it was the court and the court said it was the county that suspended my license until I pay that additional charge. So my license was suspended for 3 years and wasn’t aware.

Hey mike I got my license suspended for 90 days for getting 3 window tint violations in mass I got pulled over and got a summons for driving while suspended ... I didn't know I was suspended it was suspended on the 17th but I didn't get the letter until the 21st (I was out of state) is there anything I can do? To clarify I didn't get the letter from the rmv until the 21st and got home the 26th and didn't check the mail check it after I got pulled over and there it was

Please help! I had my license suspended for getting behind on child support. I got pulled over twice one was driving suspended without and the other was knowing. I honestly didn't know both times. The 2nd the suspension was supposed to be lifted because I got back on track on my payments. I have a job that I have been trying to land for 10 months and am now freaking OUT that they are going to find this with their background check. I want this off of my record before they run it! I got a suspension from a speeding ticket I had gotten bc I was under 21. They ended up lowering my speed but the suspension was triggered by my original speed. It was fixed almost immediately but now I have a record of me driving while suspended which at the time I didn’t even know I had. How can I get this off?

How do I remove a hardship license status 11am-11pm from my driver’s license? I had an OUI Chemical Refusal in 2015. I did the classes, paid the fines, and had everything sealed. I have three equipment violations that were issued in January 2005 that I failed to pay then. They caused a suspension that I was not notified of in January of 2020 and I paid them immediately when i found out about them in January of 2021. The scofflaw lifted the suspension automatically when I paid them but they still remain on my abstract. This is currently stopping a commercial driving company from offering me a job. They want to hire me, their insurance company is saying no, they need to be three years past the lift date.
Is there any advice you can give me to get these removed from from my abstract so I don’t have to wait another year for a significantly better job than I’m currently in?

There is not enough information here for me to know what is going on. For example, what was your state of licensing at the time of this ticket? What state were you in when you got the ticket? Where they photo enforced tickets or tickets written by a cop?

My daughter failed to turn in medical form @ age 15 and a 36 month suspension was placed on her driving. Record. She took the driving test and and got her license at 18. AAA insurance will not insure her. Is there anything we can do?
This cannot be a NY State case because people cannot apply for a license until they are 16. Contact a traffic ticket lawyer in your state and consult about sanitizing the record in that state.

Question I have 2 suspensions due to failure to pay my property tax on my 2 vehicles I had but I never received the actual property property tickets bc where I live I don’t have a mailbox or P.O. Hi, I'm curious to know if I'll still need to complete ADSAP classes for a DUI i received almost 10yrs ago if my driving record gets cleared at the 10yr mark and no longer shows the DUI? bc ive read that here in S.C. your driving record clears every 10yrs, so will i still be required to take those classes in order to get my DL back?

If you are suspended for a child support arrearage you need a family court lawyer, not a traffic lawyer. This is because the judgment and debt you owe is out of family court, and it's the family court that authorizes the DMV to suspend your license. What you need to do is get before the family court, get on a payment plan, and then they will lift your suspension.
Do you handle a suspended license in Florida? My daughter's license was suspended for only 2 days and we think it was a fault from ticket clinic who was hired to handle this ticket from 2019?

I got it fixed the same day I got pulled over and all I had to do was pay the ticket. I didn’t show to court rather I payed off the ticket in full before my court date and for my job I use a company vehicle to drive from job site to job site and now i can’t get insured by the company so I can’t drive any company vehicles to get to the job sites due to my driving record any advice for what I can do to remove this from my record please and thank you
I can have the conviction erased from your record but if you were properly suspended I cannot have the record of suspension removed.
