Kinda funny as the PS2 version is the only one of the consoles to run at 60fps, I know it's just the PSP version running on the PS2, but I thought it was funny.
The Wii version is amazing, usually the Wii just sticks with the PS2 version (like in games like Sonic Unleashed) but they ported the full game from PS3 and X360 to the Wii, that's impressive.
The PC version seems to be based on the Wii version, the 3D models are not as detailed as the PS3 and X360, this is kind of weird as this should be the best version but sometimes it looks even worse than the Wii version. (6:00)

when you realize the PC version is the Wii version and not based on the xbox 360/PS3. wtf was with that. I know this game came out during the dark times of PC gaming before STEAM brought a new renaissance

I remember spending a lot of time on this game on ps3! It was great. I wish they would remake it or make a similar one for toy story 4

Unfortunately, the version of Toy Story 3 that I played most in my childhood is certainly the worst port (graphically and content-wise) of all (PS3, X360, Wii), the PC version.

yeah, you’d think they’d make it be the ps3 version because they’d probably predict computers to be much more powerful in the future

@@geggy310 yeah but its easier to port the wii one since it works with most people's PC at the time that would buy that game. i doubt they care about sales 10 years in the future when that kind of hardware is common.
the amount of ports this game got made it tough for it to realease on pc being the diverse platform it is
btw xbox one can play it digitally because its backwards compattible.

Most games look better on 360 since it was easier to develop for so PS3 versions would be made to be as close to 360 as possible, but not with the care to be exact.
does anyone know if this still carries over to emulators? is playing this on rpcs3 or xenia better?

DS: Pretty version for his limited hardware
PSP: Pretty version
PS2: PSP version with 60 FPS
Wii: Impressive version
PC: disapponting, just Wii version with 60 FPS, could be better
Xbox 360: The best graphics here
PS3: slightly worse graphics than 360, but feature exclusive content, you can play with zurg.

It was the first time I played this game on PS2 and I've finished this game many times, and in my opinion, what I like is the PS2 and PC versions, hehe.. 😁👍
I've always wondered if it would be possible for the PS2 to run the Wii version (which is the PS3 and X360 versions but with worse graphics ), it would probably take a bit of work and maybe not run at such a good frame-rate, but I think it would be a better option than than just porting the PSP version to a home console.
But considering that this game was released in 2010, it is impressive that it was released for the PS2 at all.
No creo amigo de por si este es uno de los juegos que se aprovecha bien el harware de wii porque casi siempren se hacian ports de psp y wii y era un derroche tecnico ya que wii tenia una potencia similar a la ps vita pero esta al ser mas moderna su linea de programación iso sus ports de ps3 y 360 con menos texturas.

Technically it could be done. Many Wii games got downported to PS2 (Sonic Unleashed, Tomb Raider Anniversary, Ghostbusters). It would require a visual downgrade and making the controls work for a standard PS2 controller, but there was precedent.
I think this being released in 2010 is the biggest factor here. PS2 was so not a priority at that time.
I believe the Xbox 360 is the best version when it comes to clarity and textures
The PS3 is again, another solid version but image quality seems to be a bit blurry. Even still, it’s fine for what it is

the ds game is insane for the tech, may look bad here, but given the technology when you have it, it becomes far more clear why it is impressive, the models in the cutscenes are 3d rendered and look INSANE for ds, they look like psp or ps2 models even! and the ds version had achievments as well! albeit through a now defunct service, you can still access it offline and get achievments, think of club penguin without roaming and shit and disney merchandise.
X360 version is the best. More detailed and crisp textures, better shadows, higher resolution, etc. PS3 version comparing to X360 looks blurry a.f.
As someone who played the Wii version, I had no idea what I was missing!

The Wii is closer to a PS2 in power, the OG Xbox can probably match the Wii in terms of power and graphics, the Xbox 360 and PS3 are more on the level of Wii U
