Credit to Rublev for getting through that group. Didn't seem confident in these interviews but he sure did on court

Look at Andrey thinking he doesn't deserve to be in the group and then qualifying for the semifinals

Rublev going on about what he is doing in that group is hilarious 🤣
What a player he is to have qualified for the semis.....he has much more potential to realize I'm sure of it.
Finally, cant wait to see what the two goats Novak & Rafa achieve next season 💪

Rublev is genuinely respectful & humble, plus he's interesting, funny, thoughtful - no arrogance, no duplicitous bs... He should be the kind of personality that the ATP promotes instead of certain toxic abusive thugs &/or Netflix players.. Plus, some other players could learn from his genuine humility, instead of trying to create their 'brand' & fake persona.

Casper is such a nice person, in the moments of triumph and defeat (not like the small kid Tsitsipas). I wish him many titles for the upcoming year. (mostly clay court ATP 250s :)

Such arrogance from Tsitsipas, completely the opposite from Rublev, who could stand for himself (also saying "not better", instead of "worse", which is not the same) while still acknowledging Stefanos accomplishments.

  • @Rodrigolc86

The contrast between TsitsipASS’ arrogance and delusion and Andrey’s humility and objectivity, only makes Andrey look better.

  • @fire66rox

Andrey is so humble. It would do Tsistipas some good to have a friend like Andrey for a change to learn some humility because by the looks of it he surrounds himself with people and his parents who only coddle him

Not relevant to the best quotes from Nitto ATP Finals. But this should be one of the best quotes in 2022
"Sinner didn't have anything to lose coming into the match, but he had a lot to lose from 2-0 up and I felt that". What a mentality

Interesting how Rafa mentioned 3 times his age when Novak, being only one year younger, joking about age and named himself as a next gen. Unfortunately we are getting closer to the Big 1. We were privileged.

Since his very beginnings, Everyone instilled this doubt in him because of his playing style and the recurrent injuries deepened it. However, Rafa is always grateful for life for giving him so much.

TsitsipASS is (as usual): arrogant, childish and wrong. You are not the better player if you only were superior on the first set. In any case, it’s about getting it done and Rublev did that.
