Some people gain weight in Ramadan, because they eat more, that they supose to eat, but in my case, some people are telling me, that am losing weight, and that because, am eating less food, I just hope that am doing correctly, for the sake of Allah..But the difficulty that i have is that i tried to not fight or argue with people, I am praying for beggin for patience in month of ramadan
Assata Sissoho studies actually prove that fasting keeps you calm because most of the blood is going to your mind which means less blood pressure. Also the reason why you are losing weight is because your toxins are being cleansed and destroyed which causes the fat to decrease as well. You doing it just right. Also you fight and argue because it is just in your mind that I'm being annoyed by everything and person that is just bad habits.

I always drink water no matter fast or no fast lunch dinner I Eat my food with water even if I go friend house family dinner I always like water now aday Muslims spoiled they drink saft drink suds all is cheap stuff not healthy but like you said water the best I break my fast water or nice quality black tea not those cheep Lipton tea two ☕of tea is enough in Ramadan. .

One must also think about the thirst of Hazrat Husain(A.S) in the battle of karbala when breaking fast. He and his family and and his little son and little daughter all were deprived of water by the army of Yazid(May the curse and wrath of Allah be on him).

N J N you think that Hussain R.A was forgotten? Its then you dont understand the perspective of Ahl as Sunna wal Jamma about such trials. My suggestion is that you take the initiative and read about the events with attentive heart. Also, my suggestion is to remember all the poor who are not fed and clothed due to our own ignorance. In the end we will be questioned about our deeds not deeds of Yazid and his army.

Sunni scholars talk abt them but why do Shia scholars curse the companions and wives of the Prophet saw. ? Do u not love whom the Prophet saw loved ? Was is not the will of Allah that Abu bkr and Umer are buried with the Prophet saw. Does it not show their high status in the eyes of Allah ? They are buried in Aisha's hujra.. does it not show her status ? It is sad really sad that all Shias show such hatred all the time, that is not the religion of Islam.
