I’m not sure how I feel about repeating frames. I’m so used to working on multicam edits and being expected to cut action at the exact point. But great tips. Working on my own personal film projects now and wanted a refresher.
Repeating frames is an interesting choice. Normally I would make the first cut sooner, so shots can align without repeated frames. If you do this at a good time, you can make an exact cut without the sequence feeling too quick or jarring. I guess it depends on the editing style you're going for. Repeated frames might also be a matter of necessity rather than a deliberate choice.
Liked, subscribed with bell and writing a comment exactly on the 56 second of the video. This is just quality content. There really isn't much more that can be said. Really well done. (I am going to watch the whole video now)
Amazing videos as the past year I have been trying to ask and figure out, what is the best durable cam i to use and program, and us a laptop or is a PC better? Please, as I go to live streams with no answers ever and I look at you tube videos but it's hard, I am straight newbie that has a calling a life, survived cancer guns to the head in US and now living in EU and I'm like who can I ask or video chat or text or whatever about this. I'm not rich or have any money or nepotism or family money. but if I know what to get then I can ask someone to see if it's possible why willhelp. But I need to know what cam is the best to use and laptopr or PC. Please.
If I've said it once, I've said it a million times, this is one of the most underrated channels.
Cheers Calum! (we think so too haha)

What would be the equivalent of the "rolling edit" tool in after effects? Can't see anything like this.
have the camera follow threw, with an over the shoulder into a foreground focus, then cut to the face and pew pew
fuck I love your channel. Thanks for everything!
Any time JL
Can you respond to this with the name of the platform you used to edit and where I can download I couldn’t find it
