Reminds me of when i was on the DD878 for two years. It was rough sailing even in semi smooth seas. Rough seas would see bow disappear below the surface every couple of waves, took rolls approaching 55 degrees. Green Water over the Bridge! Only remember a couple of Shipmates being seasick. You put together a GREAT Model and Video!
And to think if the warship were to bounce like that in real life, which I'm sure it have, the entire crew on board would be puking over the place and leaning on the side rails as they are losing their lunch 😳!!!
Well , when i was a crewmate on the destroyer Schleswig Holstein ( Hamburg - class ) we had a heavy storm near Norway ....bow dipped so hard that both front turrets were under water and when she came up the propellers runned free out of the water .....yes , the whole ship had a " special smell " for days and the faces of the crew ....green mostly .
