So brushing up on my basic math and ran across 0 quotient when solving 1020÷51 and forgot how to deal them. When I was younger I had very few math problems with 0 quotients so after sticking with calculator and avoiding long division after 10 years.
In the second problem you say '/every/ /time/ we pull a number down, we ask ourselves [if it can be split up/if the divisor goes into it]', in that case you say it as you are pulling down a 1--2 does not go into 1, so we put a zero above. But in the first problem, as you pull down the zero at the end, you do not ask if 7 goes into zero, and you do not put a zero at the top--why? Is it because you were then looking at a '50' total on the bottom; is the number on the button what you're really looking at as you pull numbers down, or is it the distinct numbers you're pulling down?
Good day everyone, can you explain me further to my query to devide 74321/5632=13.1962 my concern is the quotient 13.1 instead of 0, 1105 cannot devide by74321 can you please explained
For Indian people: India is a very specially great country for Japan, because our basic ideas for human life, human beings and our basic culture are based on Buddhism; religion and philosophy. India is great for mathematical sciences and philosophy, because basic arithmetic operations were discovered by Brahmāgupta in 628 with zero, negative numbers and so on. Of course, his basic ideas were derived on the long history of India for void, nothing, infinity, non-existence and existence and so on. For example, in Vedas, we can find the decimal number system in very old days. Surprisingly enough, Brahmāgupta said 0/0=0 in 628, thirteen hundreds years ago. However, our world history shows that his result is wrong and we are still in confusions on the division by zero. However, his result and idea are right: viXra:1908.0100 submitted on 2019-08-06 20:03:01, Fundamental of Mathematics; Division by Zero Calculus and a New Axiom As a very good evidence for 1/0=0/0=0, please look the attached example by Bhaskara.: viXra:1904.0028 submitted on 2019-04-02 20:08:20, Division by Zero and Bh\={a}skara's Example With best regards, Sincerely yours, Saburou Saitoh 2019.8.23

It's the numbers on the bottom at which you're looking, so yes you were looking at 50.
Division was so hard for me and this Vedic really helped me and now it's fun to do
Ahmed Razhan no

Very good

And this still helps me
What a minute on the first question did anyone else see how she somehow subtracted nine from zero 🤔🤔😏🙄😐😑
Joy Dewar bro 50 -49 is equal to 9 because 5 gives his 1 number to 0 so zero is transformed in 10
Hey she didn't subtract 9 from 0 she has taken one carry from 5 and it' becomes 10 and so we subtract 9 from 10 easily and the remainder is 1 !!!!
