One piece Power level Is crap and Is plot demanded so Dory e brogy could be strong as hell or yc3 level, not depending by their 100 years of duels..
The problem is that they only fight eachother which will limit their improvement and might instead losing some skills needed for fighting other kinds of fighters.

This is just false, we’ve been shown slight shading to haki but that is more for narrative presentation then them actually being different colors. Every time we’ve seen standard armament it is black regardless of how strong the character.

In the same sense Dorry and Broggy are probably portrayed as red and blue but it would be weird for them to just be the only characters in the series to have colored haki. I think it’s just artistic design to represent the character, same reason zoro has a green conquerors aura, luffy vs Katakuri was shown as blue vs red, jinbei’s haki had a blue aura, etc.. it’s just design choice not literal colors

So I doubt that black blades would break or have worn down to the extent that they would break when the wielder uses haki. Which I think its important to note because it means Dorry and Brogy are just that intensely strong. It could also mean that if they don't have haki and get it later, they would be drastically stronger.
