Dan Chapman Good idea, click Stefan’s link in the description. He’s got a playlist of all the collaborations he’s made with me (great drummer from Germany).
I just came across you like a week ago and holy hell your videos are amazing! Your reviews are so detailed and your playing is awesome. My only problem is I won't get the pedals to sound that good! Cheers!
Not a big fan of fuzz pedals per se but this one sounds wicked good! The control it gives you over the fuzz tone is incredible. I don't own one but, because I just clicked the Reverb link, it's priced WAY LOWER THAN I HAD EXPECTED! $160 for this? TAKE MY MONEY!
Well, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. The only useful tone I can get is a “Davie Allan” vibe. The !@$&? oscillator control doesn’t really do much. I don’t get all those crazy sounds with my setup. I might get a second of theremin-like sounds, but then it just goes into regular feedback. I have yet to try it out on any of my Strats. Maybe I’ll have better luck with those. Again, another pedal I bought because I heard Andy demo it and I still don’t sound anything like him. Will I ever learn? Lol.
EvanBNW It bet it wasn’t the pickups, single coils are antennas and will amplify interference from lights, transformers, along with the standard 60Hz. In general, I don’t use any noise suppression, I just play fairly loud which means the mic will favor the signal over the noise. Thanks for watching!
Hey Andy. Where would you rate the Fuzz Detonator overall? I’ve had this on my list for awhile. Forget about the “cartoon violence” feel, how does this stand up against other BM style fuzzes? Thanks!
Hey! It's not in the BM class, more related to a 60s fuzz like a FuzzRite. So this means a little less low end but the mids cut better than a Muff. I think like all fuzzes, it has a place! In the category of oscillating fuzz, it generates a different range of frequencies compared to a Fuzz Factory, Fuzz God or Sputnik III.
@@AndyDemos Thank you so much for the reply and helpful information! I don’t have any musician friends irl so I really have to depend on people like you for advice. Not many of the effects you demo are available to me to try out locally in my area, so your demos are sometimes solely the determining factor when I make a decision to acquire a particular one. Thanks again!
There needs to be a Spotify playlist of all Andy's opening songs

Yes andy
You are the man
It's mandatory to smoke up when Andy demos a fuzz pedal.
That intro is easily one of Andy's best!
Ola Olson Thanks so much!!!
Hell yeah! Ridiculously good. Them psychedelic karate chops made it for me!
Harsh Tones, Inc. Haha! Theremin miming but I like your idea better 😜
@@AndyDemos That's how you play a theremin, right - lots of psychedelic karate chops?
I didn't have words to describe the karate chops, until you said it. I thought he was chasing psylocibin trails!
BACK AT IT WIT THE BEST DEMOS (EDIT: Best intro to date jfc Andy you're one of my fav guitarists)
Goodnightgoodgood Thanks so much! ✌️
Thanks for the flashback, Andy! (Not the pedal, the sensation.)
Andy, that intro was your best performance yet. I would totally buy a record of your psych jams. Always inspiring. Thank you.
That intro = absolutely NUTS!!! Great stuff as usual...
jeez the controlled oscillation you do on that intro jam was fucking incredible
Intro was f**kin awesome!
Going full psych-rock on the intro. :-) Love it!

Check out pgs vids from 2007 forward, he changed the pedal industry
That was a crazy intro!
Daaaamn Andy. That intro was sweeeeet. Great to see the G&L Legacy. I feel like it’s been a minute.
Epic intro !
dude, i love this thing. great work with it. you’re the master!
Andy’s demos are so good that he could convince be to buy a pedal I already own. Damn dude you crush these demos.
Thanks so much!
I probably watch ever Andy demo at least twice, he knows how to squeeze the juice out of pedals, sonic bliss.
Just bought both of theses pedals because that’s the sound I want!
Damn dude you are one of the best
Damn Andy could make me buy a 2nd Ring Modulator if he wanted.
2 moogs

It's a fuzz detonator! cut the red wire Andy!, cut the red wire!!!!
Crazy sounds you can get out of these, madness!
Wow put it on my short list so tempted just to buy now. Sounds great and I have a few other fuzz pedals
Watched Andy again and just ordered this pedal. I’m stoked!!
Great demo from Andy as always ... love the Feedback Osc function but sadly NOT a fan of the stock Fuzz sound that comes with the Pedal.
Dude, that's awesome!!!
OMG, once again so amazing playing!...
This is the first song of the first Andy concert. Who agrees.
that's all folks
David Gilmour would have lulled us all into a permanent coma with the setup shown at the beginning.
damn it dude, how are you so good...

How are you able to make your Legacy pickups so quiet? I’ve owned 2 and they were the noisiest pickups I ever owned.

@@MrFuzzleupagus Happy to help, that's precisely why I started making demos in the first place!
Andy looks like the kind of rockstar who's never done drugs.
Like Henry Rollins? You're too kind :)
F* man! This review put me on my knees.
What to do now with these flashbacks?
...mannomann...- BÖSE !!!
Seagulls!!!
I want that sticker
I've blown a few midrange drivers in my day, but this sounds dangerous to the tweeters. Nice fuzz though. Splat!
This makes me want to kiss some guys
Simmer down big boy
Scuse you?
Hate pitch shifting. Gimme a Hoof.
