I’d highly recommend Puella Magi Madoka Magica as others said it’s a masterpiece, and it’s movie Rebellion. I’d also recommend Yuki Yuna is a Hero series if Madoka Magica does become something you like. Ranma 1/2 is a old manga that recently got a recent anime adaptation. This one is a lot more light hearted compared to the other two suggestions. It’s a very silly romantic comedy about two teens who are into martial arts and in an arranged marriage with one another.

Rurouni Kenshin was one of my favorite animes growing up watching it on Cartoon Network. It's a good one if you like action and drama. If you like more cutesy, I really like Fruits Basket! It has a really great story too.

You absolutely NEED to watch Puella Magi Madoka Magica. It is THE BEST anime of all time. And I mean that. It is so emotional and well made. The animation is incredible, the characters are incredible, the story is incredible, it’s just so good. It’s only about 12 episodes long so it’s you can binge it easily. PLEASE watch it it WILL change your life. I promise you. 🙏🙏
