Im not really a techy person but try to disable the touch features (e.g., three swipe down to screenshot) or its likely that the phone is not optimized for multi touch gameplay like unable to touch the phone more than 3 fingers

The gimbal feature on the 18 premier is good but this is the regular 18 and so it doesn’t have the gimbal feature

They’re pretty similar so it’s down to preference, I like the OLED display of the Note 11 and it’s square sides
