Great build & well thought out. Someone will always find something to pick on. Just human nature. There are things I would have done differently but you're you & I'm me. I have a few "custom" builds under my belt, so I know how you have to think about things & make do with what you have!
For future, should look into having the tilt feature on the fork attachment plate. Some masts extend horizontally so they have a peice where the forks tilt instead of the whole mast
That red rubber hose looks like heater hose, and is likely to fail exposed to oil. You are also using black iron fittings which have a working pressure of 250 PSI. Brother. Hydraulic injection injuries are deadset lethal. Please use the correct stuff. Otherwise neat rig
People use those fittings all the time, even on old machines from the factory. that red retern hose is air compressor hose, used that and worse hose on projects before.
Nice to see you got that new fork lift done with and working
Great job.
That's incredible, i plan on building things like this once i have my own space

Thanks. Thare's a few things that we might improve on overtime. So far it does everything we needed it for.

The one I built a few years ago does't have tilt either.
Never really needed it.

good videos but would be good to see video of it being used rather than a quick picture or two
Thanks. Sometime it will be in a video being used.
Cool project but I think you will find you definitely need tilt
Thanks. The one I built a few years ago doesn't have tilt either. I think its too much work to make it safe than its worth to have it.
