macrame bottle cover | bottle holder | mini bag for water bottle | detailed tutorial | DIY macrame

macrame bottle holder is very useful to carry a heavy water bottle with ease specially while traveling.
so this video is to show easy and simple technique to make a mini bag for your water bottle in very less time.
here I have used,
3mm macrame twisted cotton cord
and a bottle for size measurements
to start making bottle holder,
I took 12 cords (you can add more cords according to your bottle size)
size of cord is the height of bottle × 8cm
for making bottle holder's strap -
you will need 2 cords of your desired length of your strap. attach them as shown in video and give it a designed look by making square knots/hitch knots/half square knots/spiral stich knots/flower knots on your strap.

A multiplier is dimensionless, you might have used an 8 cm tall bottle that requires and multiplier given the thickness of the cord and the type of knot.

Do you measure from the cap or from the lead of the glass bottle? If from lead - I got 21cm from cap I got 24

Correct measurement is from the lead.

12 cords 8 meter ? 8cm im nor understand pls explain

You have to first calculate the height of your bottle. The height of the bottle I've used in this video is 9inch.
So I will cut 12 cords and each cord will be of size (9inch × 8inch = 72inch)
So you have to multiply the height of your bottle to 8 times and that will be the size of your each cord.
If your bottle is thicker then you might need to attach more than 12 cords.
