People hate this game but it's replayability is amazing. 7 characters with 7 different point of views of the story. I just really love games that allow you to play as multiple characters and their paths eventually align down the road. I absolutely love this game.

RE4 is the only RE that can mix well, gun blazing but kinda have little bit of puzzle in it. 5 & 6 is complete disgrace to RE tradition, that's why true RE fans hates it. Luckily capcom save RE series with 7 & village. If i want boom boom klack games, i go play gta or max payne series.

Yeah, she was probably trying to create a Jake she could control, much like Simmons did with Carla/Ada, except she had actually found a way of making it work without control failures.
She is more like narrating a series just like in Separate ways and her campaign in RE6. Explaining the real issue and its conclusion. Perfect character to end the series.

When she shoot and burn the lap. and she said; “we beyond sympathy at this point, we beyond humanity..” and threw the phone at pics of Simmons and his wife Carla. that speaks everything about ada character development. that was everything, such a powerful scene i love it. Still my favourite :)

But it seems they gave a final fight with carla in early adas campaigne. And giving her final repetative fight in simmons.
one of the biggest mysteries of resident evil is: who is ada? even leon at the end of his campaign says: what are you really? since at the end of RE 6 he receives a call from someone giving him another mission.
Speaking from Leon's point of view, this whole situation with Ada is insane He has seen this woman die and the come back to life, he never knows what her intentions are, yet she's always there to save him and then just disappears again No wonder Leon's so confused to the point where he asks what she is lol
-I loved "WHAT they were TRYING" to implement in this game in terms of combat mechanics and story lines. -I just hated "HOW" they implemented everything in a rushed manner as the stories came off as too over the top while the MT Framework software engine seemingly couldn't handle basic movement, turns, etc with the cameras spinning out of control every 5 seconds making this a nauseating experience. -Funny enough, MT Framework's farewell game to the Resident Evil Series being Revelations 2 proved that the software engine could indeed masterfully handle a complex control scheme & varied combat mechanics. While I wasn't a fan of how RE6 came out, I loved this final boss fight from Ada's perspective. You can feel the tension and history between the two as it was carried out masterfully (unlike majority of the game)...esp with Ada performing her melee attacks and punches on Simmons when he'd temporarily revert back to human form.

Yeah, its pretty canon they both have affection for each other. RE: Damnations confirms that they slept together, (I'm pretty sure it takes place before this game) and the games show that despite everything, Ada does love and care for Leon, just as he does. her. Simmons can see its, so he was trying to "kill off the competetion" so he'd have a better chance to win her affections.

the Co op and combat mechanics in this game are way ahead of its time, even puts newer titles to shame. Re6 is still one of the best games for me
