Irwin Circle now known as Viqar ul Mulk Hall comprises of four hostels, i.e., Jubilee Hostel, Nasrullah Hostel, Muzammil Hostel and Marris Hostel.
The plan of the four hostels is almost the same. A four centred arch marks the facade of the entrance gate.
