@JoeGerdingRc one issue i have is my 2028 castle motors rotor shaft is to short to get a good bite with grub screw with the thickness of the motor mount!. I need thinner gears! Mod 1 8mm! Have any suggestions
@@QZillasWorldok...let me tell you exactly what I'm running....spur is a 8mm Arrma 29 tooth spur gear. Not necessarily made for the 8s rigs differential but which direction you put it matters because of the offset. 8s Arrma rigs have stock made fit spurs but as aftermarket has killed it i haven't seen the need yet. So I run the Arrma 6s part lol! It's Mod1. I know 1.5 would be better but on quad motor mod1 gears haven't failed yet. Like the sticker on the rig...STRC pinions on all four motors mod1 45's. Alot of things happing here I don't believe could happen even in a single 12s system my other rc's barely handle. Don't get me wrong...squeeze the trigger and hold it the vision is gonna be chaos and parts are gonna snap. I hope you keep tuning in and commenting. Thank you!💯🔥💥🚀
Sweet Custom rig bud!!!! My lifted Losi 5t geared down rips with those mega truck tires too! My xmaxx with a max5 + single 800kv geared at 30/35 does as well. I think you can gear for more top speed with all that torque easy! Probably pop them too, Sweet build 👌 !!!! Subbed too

Came sliding around the corner and it hit my foot lightly and the top of the bulk head snapped off. I was like what the F................................ Its a super light vehicle...... Last winter I shattered 3 rims from doing just regular driving. At least I know I can drive my Maxx and Hoss with the HD winter plastics.
@@jaceSHO yea I drive my Xmaxx and Maxx all winter long. I haven't had good snow here yet to really do too much running of them. It's just been cold here.

And here I thought I was a badass when as a kid, I took a monster truck and a Red Arrow, both bought from Radio Shack 😆, remember that place? And then cut them in half, bolted/glued/taped 🤣 the front end of the Red Arrow to the back half of the Monster truck 🤣😆.....It was a Frankenstein, mechanical/electrical asshole freak of science and 10 year old imagination 🤦, but it did work, and drive!! For a little while anyway 😆🤣
